"Walked in to frosty twist last night to find a homeless person asleep on the couch, the floor and counter covered in toppings, and was ignored by the staff. I want to thank the staff for ignoring me and my wife, giving us an opportunity to leave rather than be in that building a moment longer. The staff deserves proper training, however the owner/manager she be removed from the store. They have failed in such a spectacular way it prompted me to leave my very first negative online review"

My order arrived on time, and everything was well-packaged to ensure it stayed fresh. **Atmosphere:** 5/5 Even though I had my meal at home, I can tell that the restaurant has a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere, making it a great place to dine in as well. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant, especially the Chicken Salad, Waffle Cannoli, and Turkey Club. You won’t be disappointed!"

"DO NOT COME ON A BUSY DAY. This is a cute restaurant and the food is okay but for $30+ per plate you’d expect better service, we ended up skipping dessert cause we didn’t want to wait another two hours. We had a reservation for Mother’s Day (today), they booked way more people than they could’ve handled and clearly they didn’t have the capacity for it. Tables very tight, just two bathrooms for a whole patio full of tables and WE WAITED AN HOUR AND 20 MINUTES FOR OUR FOOD. I don’t think we’ll come back and do not recommend if you want to take someone for a special meal."

"No Latinos allowed!! Go to the restaurant across the street best service!!! I wish I can give this spot 0 stars this spot has no respect for their customer’s, the security guard was on top of me and my family when I was already seated. We were celebrating my girlfriend being pregnant. Everyone else was fine walking in but the Latino family gets harassed. I walked outside to get my brother and his family He kept asking for id when I already told him I’m seated while on the phone. Me still on the phone he kept being on my back not respecting me being on the phone. I went up stairs and he was on my back asking for id again. When no other family was getting id. We had a whole baby with us. The body guard was making a scene. He ruined the whole night staring at us sitting down. Made us feel unwelcome as soon as we came in. Last night was supposed to be a celebration for me and my family docside brewery ruined it!"

"The restaurant tends to close early for repairs, and I find it frustrating that this often happens on Sundays when they are supposed to close at 6 PM. Repairs should ideally be scheduled during off hours! I've experienced this on several occasions."
