Hands down THE BEST breakfast in all of Rockford. Super fresh ingredients, delicious and creative options. Staff has always been prompt and pleasant. I would definitely go out of my way to come here.

We will not return. The toast was hardly warm bread. The Hasch brews were really oily and we had someone down for a coffee refill. The atmosphere is not inviting. They're going to their ice machine, which remains open to use the restroom... disgusting!

Having just moved to the area I think I?ve found my breakfast place! The cinnamon roll French toast is Amazing!!! The grits for not being made in the south was really good too. Customer service was friendly and food was quick! We are definitely going back and I suggest everyone try this if you?re in the area! Voir le carte

I had a wonderful experience with both the food and the service at Jerry's Cafe. I arrived for a late lunch only 10 minutes before closing, but I was promptly seated and served without any rush. The hostess and waitress were exceptional. I’ll definitely be back and am eager to try their breakfast next time. Food: 5/5.

We are from Des Moines, IA, and visiting some friends in Rockford. We went to Jerry's for breakfast. I ordered the Jerry's All Meat Skillet and I could only eat half of it. It was so full of meat that it filled me up quickly. Basically two meals in one. Delicious! I also ordered a cup of grits because I can't always find them on menus. The grits were done just right. I wish we had more restaurants in Des Moines like Jerry's. I would highly recommend a stop at Jerry's.

Jerry's Cafe tends to use a lot of cheese, so if you prefer a lighter amount, be sure to mention that when ordering. For my family—my wife, daughter, and me—the total came to nearly $60. It felt like they priced three meals around $10-12 each but added significant markups on everything else. While I understand prices are rising, $4 for a glass of orange juice and $3 for a cup of coffee seemed steep. There was also a $4 unexplained charge on our blueberry pancake, eggs, and bacon meal. My wife and I had never been here and wow, what a surprise. The menu was well put together and easy to paruse. Service and the food were outstanding. This has got to be one of the best hidden spots in Rockford. Initially, everything seemed decent. However, my eggs were overcooked, resulting in a very dry skillet. My wife's eggs were nearly sunny-side up, and she found the pancakes lacking in flavor, noting they tasted like standard pancakes with poppy seeds mixed in. Now, I'm at home while my wife is in the bathroom feeling very ill after throwing up her entire breakfast. What was advertised as gluten-free turned out not to be gluten-free at all. When we arrived at Jerry's Cafe, it was very busy, but we were seated quickly. However, after sitting down, we felt somewhat overlooked as we stood out from the crowd. It took about 20 minutes before anyone attended to us, and during that time, we didn’t receive water, utensils, or any assistance. We waited patiently, hoping they were just busy, but there was no customer service to reassure us.
