Payton is an awesome manager he made sure I got my food fresh and how I want it. He visit my table and checked on me. When I say this is true customer service I am telling the truth. This is one of my favorite Jersey Mikes to visit . I only go to two and I live Jersey Mike French bread remind me of New Orleans fresh French bread. So delicious thank you Payton for being so kind and friendly and caring. You and your crew ROCKS ???

This is the sub place that wins my vote. They offer the most fresh tasting bread, meats and cheeses. The staff is super friendly and the manager is one of the most friendly person I have ever met. They make the experience amazing every single time I go in there with my partner.Also if you do not eat red meat but miss Philly cheese steaks than check out the Philly cheese chicken sandwich. Makes my mouth water just thinking about it.

It’s our first time trying Jersey mikes, Spencer and Michael were very friendly and helpful. We’ll definitely be coming back again to try more of the amazing food. Michael makes a bombbb sandwich, very delicious and flavorful. He’s a machine on the grill. They were both extremely friendly and welcoming from the moment we walked through the door. I just want to acknowledge the owner of this Jersey Mike's... I appreciate the obvious passion that they have for their business, including hiring friendly and competent staff, ensuring that they are trained to provide great customer service and consistent quality, and keeping a clean establishment. I am not a frequent guest. However, on each of my visits over at least 4+ years, I have always been satisfied with my orders being accurate, packaged well, adequate napkins, tasty, etc. Thanks

The assistant manager and his team run like a well oiled machine. They greet customers upon entry, are friendly and offer to help with suggestions and are accommodating to dietary limitations which is important to me and my partner. The last several times we've gone have been stellar in food quality, preparation and sanitation which is critical for guests to see when you run a visible prep line. We will be returning as this is our favorite sandwich place near home. Thanks to the great team at JM for exceeding our expectations time and again.

Didn’t make “right” a faulty situation.Ordered on the app for delivery, customizing my sandwich to remove the cheese asked for the plain bread. Additionally, made a special note to emphasize a SEVERE DAIRY ALLERGY. The sandwich delivered to me was completely wrong made with the cheese bread and more cheese inside.I immediately called this location and while explaining the situation, was interrupted with a generic “you’ll have to talk to the regional office,” and was transferred to another line that immediately hung up on me.
