"Jersey Mike's is one of the best sandwiches you'll find from a sandwich chain. Unfortunately this particular one in La Crescenta is poorly managed. They've screwed up on so many of my food delivery orders, that I've decided to go on Yelp and rate them. They just forgot my avocados for the third time on my club sandwich. They've forgot my chips cookies before, and mistakes on other sandwiches. I've been in there a few times to order, and the employees seem happy, but a little too talkative with each other. I had to interrupt them with a question before, because they were having an important conversation about one of their friends car. My guess is management doesn't care what we think, because notice they never respond to these negative reviews, like several restaurants that care do. I give them 3 stars though, because their sandwiches are so good. If you can order from another Jersey Mike's, I would recommend it. The one in Eagle Rock is more professional and really good. They care about their service and have a good manager."

They do not make the orders on time, a worker is rude. They seem to need to learn how treat a customer better.

Good atmosphere. Clean, friendly staff, felt good and sandwich was great too. Lots of meat in my mini. Was enough for me easily!

The service and atmosphere did not seem very clean. Around the store there would be flies flying around and in some instances near the food, the service was really slow and a lot of the workers looked like they did not know what to do, as well as the subs being places on the plain table. This occurred on 6/24/23.

Worst experience of all the jersey Mike's locations visited! Racist comments from the man in the back room. The young lady at the register was surprised and confused by what he was saying to me. She had no control of the situation and looked scared byhim and his comments. Quality and customer services has dropped drastically in the past year. Best to avoid this location! Notup to par with quality of service.
