"Order a giant #9 to go. I noticed that they went a little heavy on the oil and vinegar, and by the time I got home (live under a mile away) the bread was soaked. I unwrapped the sandwich only to find that it had not been cut, as I didn’t watch it being made in its entirety because my attention was diverted away to pay. I cut it in half at home, and then took a bite, and it immediately did not taste right. I noticed that the bacon and mayo was missing. To recap; three very obvious things (sandwich being cut, bacon and mayo) were all missing, so at this time I decided to drive back and just ask for a refund. When I finally got the sandwich back to the cashier, the initial response from them was just to add mayo and bacon, and then send me on my way. They looked at me in a very confused way when I said I just wanted my money back. I went the refund route because if 3 very obvious things like that were missed, what else that was not as obvious likely went missed? Were the appropriate health and safety standards followed? My guess would be no. I don’t plan on going back, at least not to that location."

I had Randy and Zach make my order. The food was awesome and the guys were so nice. We got the Italian, chicken bacon ranch, Philly. Yum. In a world lacking in customer service, it was nice to see smiling faces happy to help. Thanks guys.

Another excellent Jersey Mike's location! Every branch I've visited has consistently offered the same positive experience. The staff is always friendly and well-trained, ready to help you customize your sandwich. The ingredients are incredibly fresh, especially the lettuce and vegetables. The subs are delicious and perfectly sized for a satisfying meal.

Best Jersey Mike's I've been to In The Valley never let me down the bread rolls are always fresh Sandwiches are fantastic just like the TV commercial this is a very busy store and the store manager handles it very well and has a great sandwich maker named Randy I order on the app and pick up I never have to watch them make the sandwich to make sure it's right it's always right. And they are very friendly and user friendly if you want to deviate from the menu I recommend this Jersey Mike's for your lunch or dinner thank God for alicia the manager and her crew.
