"Couldn't reach anyone by phone to call in my order. Voice-mail was full. Walked in and placed my order for 2 #17's. Couldn't use my card or get my shore points due to internet being intermittent. Was told they will place the order manually upon internet working. Got it the car with food and noticed a strange smell but drove on home. Opened the sandwiches then I took 1/2 my husband took the other 1/2 and the taste wasn't anything like we are use to. The meat taste like it was on its way past the use by date. Dogs got lucky tonight. This was a first for us at our local Colonial Heights location."

I've always loved Jersey Mike's, and my favorite sandwich is the chicken Philly. Tonight, I had the best one I've ever tasted at any Jersey Mike's. The staff was friendly, and the wait time was short, making it a perfect experience!

I ordered what I wanted, but didn't receive it as requested. I asked for a wheat bun, but got white instead. I also requested no raw onions, and I didn't ask for mayonnaise, yet I received some. Due to this experience, I won't be returning. Voir le carte

Additionally, when it came time to prepare our food, our sandwiches were taken out of sight for about 15 minutes without any explanation of what was happening. They were simply warming up the sandwiches, but the lack of communication was unprofessional. Overall, our experience fell short of expectations.

I typically order the #13 giant sized and the people behind the counter have always done me right on the first try. Even when i have half the sandwich made one way and the other another way..ive ate at places where the employee has an attitude about odd requests but ive yet to experience that here..the place is always clean when i go there and the food is great although a little pricey imho. Decent food costs though.
