I arrived at this location at 8:30 and found the door already locked, despite the posted hours stating they are open from 10am to 9pm Monday through Sunday.

This is the slowest restaurant I have ever been to. I won't make the mistake of coming here again. It's been 45 minutes and I still haven't received the food I ordered online. I might have to leave without it in order to get back to work before my lunch break is over. I'm not happy that I already paid.

I have never dined at this restaurant, but I have only visited to pick up DoorDash orders. The staff is extremely friendly, consistently ensures that orders are well marked and ready for pickup. In my experience, the service is fast - out of the 15 times I have picked up orders here, I only had to wait about 5 minutes for 2 orders, which was no bother at all. Voir le carte

Waited 30 minutes for our food. Finally 2 of us got our sandwiches and the third friend didn’t get his sandwich. They gave it away to someone else and then said you have to wait for us to remake it for you. Our food is now cold and we’ll be late to work because of lack of attention on behalf of the workers. Never coming back to this unorganized business again.

This place was an absolute mess! There was dust EVERYwhere....it was barely after 10am(when they open) the floors sticky, the tables dirty, counter tops still had food on them(did they clean up from the night before) The bathrooms were the worst I have seen in a very long time..urine caked all over the seat, fecal spray marks in toilet bowl. Urine on the floor(which was also sticky). No soap, the walls had brown smear marks all over...what the heck happened to this place? If the bathroom is indicative of the kitchen, turn around and run the other way!‍‍‍‍ Your staff really needs to learn how to properly clean at the end and at the beginning of EVERY shift. The customer service is horrible, like I’m talking they’re in la-la land. I was asking them that I saw 2 bottles and I didn’t know if they were both vinegar oil or not, and they struggled to hear me, when I literally raised my voice. I’ve never seen someone more deaf in my entire 16 1/2 years of life. Then, they proceeded to screw up and put vinegar oil on my sandwich (like a lot of it), and I struggled to eat it, because it’s my least favorite oil. Also, they messed up my dad’s order, which he said he wanted half as much mayo as usual, then they put a whole amount on half the sandwich, when he said he wanted a half amount not full. Also, I got whole wheat bread, and my dad got the same brea... Voir le carte
