The food is incredibly tasty! I ordered the KAHUNA, and the service was prompt and friendly. However, I recommend adding hand sanitizers, possibly near the checkout or at the entrance. Thank you!

I've been eating at this restaurant for the past 15 years, and I'm back once more. There’s a reason for my loyalty: the food is outstanding, the establishment is well-maintained, and the service is consistently professional and friendly.

The dining area was clean and welcoming, and the restrooms were generally well-kept. The restaurant earned a flawless score of 100 from the health department. I truly love Jersey Mike's! The location in Tiger Town is excellent, and the staff is consistently very friendly. The manager always welcomes me with, "Hey hun, what can I get for you today?" which really makes my experience special! She keeps the place clean and organized and makes sure her team is well-trained. I admire her dedication, especially given the challenges of being short-staffed. They all deserve more recognition for the hard work they put in, along with the manager!

The mayo at Jersey Mike's Subs tastes unpleasant, and the floors are dirty. When I ordered tea, I opened the lid—since it wasn't sealed properly—and noticed floating particles inside. The older lady working there was rude and had a poor attitude. The tomatoes looked unappetizing, and the counters appeared dirty. I also used the bathroom, and the toilet seat broke when I sat down, sliding out beneath me—I almost fell. Someone needs to fix it before it causes a serious problem. Overall, the cleanliness and service issues negatively affected my experience, and I hope Jersey Mike's Subs improves both their menu quality and facilities.

I stopped by this restaurant during a road trip and ordered a gluten-free sandwich due to my celiac disease. Unfortunately, my experience here was only slightly better than the worst Jersey Mike’s I've ever visited, mainly because there weren't breadcrumbs everywhere. There was a noticeable lack of attention to cleanliness and safe food handling, especially after I mentioned my allergy. The woman making our children's sandwiches handled their buns with her bare hands, then proceeded to mix the lettuce without any precautions. To make matters worse, they didn’t label the gluten-free sandwiches at all, leaving us to guess which ones were safe to eat. Voir le carte
