I wasn't too impressed with the customer service, but the food was really delicious. Overall, it was a good experience.

I always have a good experience at the Florence Jimmy Johns. Food is delicious, service is excellent and employees are always friendly and respectful.

First time ever going to a Jimmy John's. I told guy it was my first time and he explained everything about the menu. He was very helpful and nice.OMG, it was good. I most definitely will be going back.

I gave one star because there was no option for zero stars. First and last time at Jimmy John's. Tuna sandwich was bland and the bread was stale. The bottom of my bread sounded like plastic when I thumped it. Part of the bread was too hard to eat, my wife's BLT was cold and bread was hard as well. I'll just go to SubWay next time, it's cheaper, have bread options, and can get a wrap there Voir le carte

This was my first time to eat Jimmy John's, and I shared that with the cashier. She forgot to add banana peppers on the ticket for my sandwich. I don't believe she added the vinegar oil blend. But she was nice and the sandwich tasted very good. The chips were good too. And you get 2.0 oz if chips vs 1.5 oz maximum at other sandwich shops. I hoped they would've had a steak n cheese sandwich.

Good sandwiches if you can get your order right. Just ordered a Turkey Tom. No lettuce add cheese cut in half. Instead I got a Turkey Tom with lettuce and no tomato and not cut in half. Wouldn’t be a big deal if I wasn’t deathly allergic to lettuce that I could go into anaphylaxis. This also wouldn’t be bad if this wasn’t the 2nd time this has happened. Not even worth the money to drive back to get another sandwich made. Just wasted my money again.

Not all sub shops and restaurants are alike. Jimmy John's sets itself apart with fresh ingredients and superior taste. The only downside to the Florence location is the downtown setting, which can make parking difficult. However, the delicious sandwiches make it worth the inconvenience. Jimmy John's cold sandwiches are unmatched, especially in the Shoals area. Another location would be great, but the quality of their food makes the parking hassle worth it. Voir le carte
