"I just discovered this delightful resterant recently and I can not tell you how often I have been back because I lost track of my trips there! I Love the traditional lemon, chicken soup so much.every thing on their menue has been great! My current goal is to eat through their menue. Yesterday I tried the Chandra Salad. I'm so glad I did. It was so full of great flavors and textures. I'm so happy I have hafl of it to eat today. The staff is as great as the food and the atmosphere is so welcoming. The entire experience is all one could hope for. Drop on by and enjoy the experience your self. You will not be disappointed. Parking: I have never had a problem, parking here. There is mall parking and street parking as well. Kid-friendliness: There are some kid options on the menue and children are warmly welcomed each time I have been there. Wheelchair accessibility: The shopping mall paving has become uneven in the years since ti was installed, and that may be problematic with a wheel chair."

"We were seated immediately upon our arrival (an early 4:30PM dinner). The service with the water and the cheddar dinner rolls was immediate. Shortly after, our order for the appetizer and dinner drinks were taken. Our meals (one halibut, one scallops) were served in a reasonable amount of time. They were served fresh and hot. The portion sizes are not large. Everything was cooked to order and as expected. We did split the carrot cake as a desert. It was a nice sized piece of cake. It was fresh and tasted great. The dinner was enjoyable. The service was attentive. We have been here before and will continue to dine at the Devon in Hershey, PA."

"Very interesting history of the Hershey family and products. The tour starts with an upstairs walkthrough of the history and products, then a walk through of the Cuba experience, to finish with an optional trip into a chocolate lab and gift store. Very interesting and interactive displays, free parking behind the building, and knowledgeable staff willing to answer any questions. "I just had Dinner at Devon and it was superb ! We were served in a fabulous way . We started out with their delicious Crab rolls ; you cant just eat one : Our server was marvelous ; she served to our every need and of course we had drinks first and we got their delicious breaded cauliflower; wow! We all got Seafood and my Grandson got ribs! The food was excellent the Chef is a gourmet creator of fine food . I am ready to go again !!!! It is a little expensive but believe me it is worth every penny ! Enjoy yourself to a great night out I took my 99 yr old Mom and my daughter and my grandson three generations of my family and a delight for dinner! I'll be back soon ! And the atmosphere was sweet and not to busy . By the way you can also get a private room for special occasions !"

"Went this past Saturday August 31st to see if what folks say about this place is true. I was by myself and was added to waitlist shortly after my arrival as they were a little busy and was told it would be a 20 to 30 minute wait. I asked for recommendations of the hostess while I waited and she was friendly enough with replies but didnt make me want to try one entrée over another. My table was ready about 10 to 15 minutes later. I was seated and began looking over the menu. Server came by in a few minutes but never introduced himself. I ordered Strawberry Lemondrop Martini, garlic fries, side Caesar salad Smokehouse Chicken sandwich and Pineapple Pomegranate fizz. I had asked my server for his opinion on items I was interested in and he was honest about food choices which as a 1st time patron, I appreciated. Shortly after ordering, my cocktail was brought to the table. The drink was so full that the stem and base of the glass were wet from overflow and spillage; only after I asked the server was a cocktail napkin provided. I need to add that there was also no napkin placed under my sweating regular drink glass. The appetizer and main meal were not brought by my server but someone else from my recollection. It was not necessarily busy, but someone else brought my main meal. Just kind of dropped it off. I was not impressed by the worn out wooden trays the food was served directly on, Gross! No one checked on me to see if I needed anything throughout my meal, though my server seemed to be making rounds at his other tables. But he didn't check on me until I was finished and ready for the check. Garlic fries were tasty enough but I would rather they had been served on an actual plate not a wooden tray that obviously had seen better days. The fries with my sandwich, again served on a worn out wooden tray, were somewhat of an afterthought; several small hard overcooked pieces. Chicken smokehouse sandwich was tasty and well seasoned. Portion size was good, I had to cut it in half to eat was so large. I had no room for dessert though they sounded (albeit mass manufactured) delicious. Overall, this is a nice place with decent food but I was not super impressed. Didn't get dessert as I said. As food was filling there was no room and I was not interested in taking any home. I will most likely visit again, for the opportunity for the service to impress and to try some of their other entrées, thiugh i will ask for actual plates in lieu of wooden serving trays."
