"I understand that many restaurants are currently experiencing staffing issues, but it would be really helpful to have some signs on your doors informing walk-in customers that your lobby is closed. I placed a pick-up order through DoorDash today, but when I arrived, the doors were locked. No one answered the phone, and there were easily 15 cars waiting in the drive-thru. This isn’t very customer-friendly, especially for local employees like me who only have a 30-minute lunch break. Perhaps it would be better to pause food delivery services until staffing improves. It’s misleading to advertise pick-up orders when customers are left waiting over 20 minutes in the drive-thru."

"The staff here is incredibly friendly and hardworking. Tyler, in particular, always greets us warmly, no matter how many times we visit in a week. The food is consistently excellent, from the wings to the chicken sandwich – everything is delicious. We especially enjoy trivia night! Even during busy times when the kitchen is bustling, the staff remains welcoming and accommodating. We can’t wait to come back!"

"A Google search for the top restaurants in Harrisburg led us to Note Bistro and Wine Bar. When we called from about 45 minutes away on a Friday evening, the host was incredibly welcoming and took down our names. Upon our arrival, we were greeted by a lively atmosphere complemented with romantic lighting. Our high-top table was perfectly suited for us. The wine and cocktail choices were both limited and thoughtfully selected. The menu offered a range of small and full-sized dishes, ensuring there was something for everyone. Our server was attentive and gladly catered to our low-carb preferences. Overall, our experience was delightful. As this was my first visit to Harrisburg, it has inspired me to come back and explore more of what Pennsylvania's capital has to offer. We will certainly make a point to revisit Note on our next trip. Dietary note: The kitchen was able to accommodate our low-carb requests during our visit."

"Stumbled on Jigsy’s while taking my daughters friend back home. I had found several menus online, but was told most of those were outdated when we sat down and looked at what they had to offer. Their beer and cocktails were both on point. I was impressed with the offerings of both. For food, the pizza was some of the best we’ve had and it was huge! Salads came overflowing and were a great deal for the price. Service was good for a busy night that was supporting both inside and outside seating (as well as music playing). Our waitress was pretty prompt to help when we needed. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5"

"Great atmosphere and service. My daughter loved her tacos. My pizza was lacking the full flavor profile that you would expect from the cost (smoked brisket pizza needed sweetness and some acid. There were caramelized onions in the pizza that unfortunately weren't sweet... It could have been so good but instead it was flat). I would definitely eat here again but would try something different next time The artist shops were really nice to browse and buy interesting handmade items."
