"Overall our experience at Kaze on Monday night was lackluster. The server was great and mostly attentive to our needs. When we were seated, however, I had made a reservation for 8 and we told them we would only have 7. They proceeded to seat us at a table for 6 and slide in an extra chair. Both the server and our party were surprised by this. It made for a crowded table with nothing but dirty plates throughout. The food here is supposed to come out as it 's ready, but we received everything at once. They ran out of Sake bottles and one member of our party actually had to go back to the bar himself to get more Sake as we never received additional drinks. What was supposed to be a lovely Christmas dinner with friends, was definitely soured by the poor ambiance in the restaurant and the lack of common courtesies. I would not return for awhile."

The restaurant changed hands earlier this year, and took away much of the flair and creativity that made the original a fun and exceptional experience. Not much more than a sushi place with a poor wine selection today.

let's book a restaurant that was closed. we dressed up, drove to the city inside to find that kaze was closed. will not have openedtable? Why would they allow reservations at a place that was not open? very frustrating!

I went in today to pick up an online order for these cute booties i fell in love with online. I was able to pick up the day i ordered but couldn’t make it in before they closed, but i came on Saturday morning my boots were ready. The owner was there she was super nice! The store was very nice cute. I ordered online to see the quality i am in love. I will definitely be returning ready to blow all my money on clothes from there because everything is super cute fairly priced!

I spend waaay too much money here honestly, hahaha!! I love their style and variety of clothes. Always super great quality items. Stuff goes out of stock pretty quick though and exchanges/returns are a nightmare. I don’t mind it since I shop here so often but I’ve been given a store credit on returns 2 times when just returning items (not part of their policy,,, it was just new hire mistakes I think). Like I said it’s not a problem for me but it is a bit concerning for others who might just want a simple return. Either way I am obsessed with this place though they’re my favorite boutique in Cincy!
