"This place is like an upgraded version of your childhood KFC—Kentucky Fried Chicken, of course. Although it’s still fast food, it definitely satisfies more than the original. The chicken has a generous amount of meat on the bone, and the mashed potatoes taste homemade rather than instant. The macaroni and cheese is similar to what you’d expect from classic KFC, but with a little less sauciness. The 12 mozzarella cheese sticks were somewhat low in quality, but for fast food, they’re better than many others out there. The 4 oz cup of cheese sauce has the consistency of a creamier version of cheese whiz, if you catch my drift."

The 21 Pieces of chicken were fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious. Everything was fantastic!

The sweet corn nuggets are absolutely delicious, and the lamb over rice platter consistently maintains its high quality. It's truly great comfort food, and the staff is very friendly. Voir le carte

Food was delicious. The counter person over charged me and then said he did nothing wrong, it was the registers fault. They hide the register so you can't see what they punch in. Manager did fix the problem

Everyone knows how great Kennedy's Chicken is. I don't need to write anything else. I think I've had it at least once a week they're starting to get use to my face. It's literally called the chicken spot for a reason.

Great food! The local community really loves this restaurant. They treat everyone like family and know all their customers by name. The gyro mix is exceptional—definitely not a Tom Cruise/Maverick reference! It's a nice go-to spot for me at least once a month. Voir le carte

I was glad to see that there was a Kenndy fried right next door, where I live now, so I don't have to dive all the way to newburgh to repair my fried chicken meat. unfortunately this place has not the same taste as the lake street huhn. I can't put my finger on it, but just know that I still drive into the lake street location to get my repair. I even tried them twice to make sure that I was not picky, as the upper b’way location is just as good as lake street.

I tried this two-g by Kenndy, the guy behind the theke was very polite and friendly, and this Kenndy is cleanest looking, I was also. order the chicken wings and the fries with broth rolls. huh was very crispy and well seasoned, tasted fresh and not as it sat in a hot box for hours. fries were quite standard and I wish they were crispy and seasoned with some salt. Rolls were okay, nothing special. total good value for fast and cheap meals. prefer them here to get fried chicken, then wait 20 minutes on popeyes huhn.

"tl;dr: awesome spot, reasonably-priced, delicious food, great service. wonderful neighborhood gem!we were debating btw this place and another spot, but this place ultimately won because i got drawn in by one thing and one thing only: the steak frites. the place was cozy and romantic, with a few tabled already occupied. they're currently offering an inflation buster prix-fix menu, for 1 app and 2 mains for $60 and that's what we went with. we got the following to try:-BBQ ranch chicken nachos: huge portion! juicy chicken breast strips, pico de gallo, ranch, bbq sauce, and melty cheese on crunchy tortilla chips. the pico had a nice tang to it, it wasn't your typical lime juice but i can't seem to put a finger on it. but really good! i do think it's better to cut the chicken into cubes than strips tho, for better chicken-to-nacho distribution ratio.-steak frites: comes perfectly cooked as requested (medium rare), served with bearnaise, fries, and garlic aioli. the steak was thick, meaty, and tender. the bearnaise sauce was awesome. we loved the garlic aioli and it paired well with the crispy fries. HIGHLY recommend this one!-brick chicken: seared, deboned half chicken (except the drumette, for presentation), served with baby potatoes, and mushroom/spinach in a marsala wine sauce. the chicken was nicely seared and juicy (yes, even the chicken breast), but a tad too salty for my taste. the marsala wine sauce was rich and creamy, but it does get a little heavy after a few bites.-lemon sugar crepe: light, tangy, refreshing.i also tried a cocktail but can't seem to remember the name of it for the life of me. i believe it was gin-based, with some kind of citrus. it was really tasty and well-balanced too. service was awesome, food was delicious, huge portions (we had leftovers), and just a really wonderful neighborhood gem. would love to stop in again if we're in the area!"

"Have had this place on my radar for sometime took a chance and got a reservation for four at 8pm. With my name in the reservation book I begin to do some research on the chef, and also what was on the menu for the evening. Naturally the four courses was happening beginning with the beef tartare beautifully plated with an egg yolk quinelle of carrot pesto grain mustard and Dijon. Very delicate the meat basically melted as soon as it hit the tongue. Next course I ordered the butternut squash ravioli and Bronzino the sabayon was exactly what the doctor ordered to tie both the ravioli and Bronzino together. The rest of the group got the gnocchi which I described them as little pillows of potato heaven, not your ordinary dense dumplings, almost reminded me of gnudi I could have polished 3 bowls of them. For main I received the triple seared beef cooked perfectly nestled between a gratin and root vegetable. Dessert I received the three creme brûlée the almond was my favorite following the coffee than the green tea. I am glad to see this place in Newburgh such a beautiful setting as soon as you step into the restaurant it's unbelievable the ambiance and the true attentiveness of the waitstaff as well. For such a young chef truly a visionary and making notches in the culinary world of the Henson valley. Well done LSB one of my only critiques would be I don't drink doesn't mean I don't enjoy something with some personality, and distinguishing traits behind it. Will definitely be returning."
