Went for lunch two days ago No one in the place. Food came out in 8 minutes Large piece of metal in food looked like a hook. Never again. This is my second terrible experience in 2 months. Moldy chicken! Should be shut down.

WARNING STAY AWAY!!! Defenetly robbed by this placed ordered sticky chicken and got something completely different went back and manager says too bad and wouldn't correct the order never ordering from here again food was disgusting STAY AWAY!!!!!!

Once I finally tried the food, I bumped my rating up to two stars because it was decent, but it wasn't hot, suggesting it might have been ready before I actually received it. I also felt ill after eating it, though no one else did, so I'm unsure if it was the cause of my sickness. Voir le carte

After all that waiting, I expected an exceptional meal, but half of the food was cold and the other half was just subpar Chinese takeout. I typically love leftover Chinese food, but this was so unappetizing that I ended up throwing away 90% of it. I feel like I wasted two hours of my life. The staff was rude, and the food was poor quality. I won’t be returning.

Ken wok has been one of these little gems that I've been going back to for about 10 years now. I'm pretty sure they primarily do take out service because I'm almost always the only one eating there, which is fine with me. I personally think this is some of the best Chinese food in the state, though it definitely doesn't keep to the next day, so don't count on left overs. The service has always been good, though like I said I'm usually the only table eating in. All of the food is relatively inexpensive, and if you don't need to be wowed by the atmosphere of a restaurant in exchange for good food, you should give Ken wok a chance!

I read the reviews. I was expecting the worst. I was pleasantly surprised! I went for dinner here two nights ago. My daughter had an order or Lo Mein and my father and I each had an H6: Beef teriyaki, boneless spare ribs, sweet and sour chicken and fried rice. My plate was delivered and the portion was large and in charge! The beef teriyaki was AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS! Everything else was good. I am not always a huge fan of the red sweet and sour sauce but it was nice they kindly served it on the side and you could add sauce as you desired. Although I ordered takeout, the dining area was welcoming and would likely ease the minds of those who are hesitant about Chinese restaurants. I had the cashew chicken, which came with a spring roll and fried rice, all for about $7. The portion was decent. The sauce for the chicken was a bit on the salty side—perhaps due to MSG?—but everything else was tasty enough to earn a 3.5-star rating in my book. It’s not something I would rave about to friends in Hong Kong, but it certainly wasn’t the worst meal I've had. Ken Wok could be classified as above mediocre and below awesome . The food is pretty run of the mill, but with the added convenience of delivery and online ordering. One thing the do really well are crab rangoons though, I don 't know what it is, but they 're shaped different and they 're just awesome. Their lo mein is a bit rich and overly greasy and their chicken rice soup is just canned broth and rice, but their sweet sour chicken is good and their boneless ribs are reeeeeeally good if you like them greasy (i do) as is the beef teriyaki. I had been going to Ken Wok for years and generally it was good. Sometimes I found it a little greasy, and got heartburn, but nothing more. I did find that over the course of the last 7 years the portions have really decreased. The food selections and prices were good and consistent with the area. Unfortunately I will not be going back. Two family members were sickened by the takeout dinners from Ken Wok on 1/11/2015. Dinners consisting of pork fried rice, beef teriyaki and boneless fried chicken were purchased.
