"The pizza crust is fricken awesome! Favorite restaurant in West Virginia. Everything is made fresh and homemade. Freshly made dough, batter, and high quality ingredients! Nice bar atmosphere and the staff treats you like a local they have known forever. As someone who has grown to hate chains that use cheap ingredients and don’t care about the effect of their ingredients on the customers. Roni’s is so refreshing and is the place I look for everywhere I go. An establishment that values quality over profit."

"No one at window to take order. 4 people in front of us ordered but were waiting to get it. Finally, took our order. They waited on 4 other people. One by one they finally git theirs. We still had not received ours. 15 minutes passed, 1 of our bananasplit can. 15 minutes they said they needed to go to bldg. To get more containers. 10 minutes passed and the girl came out andsaid she could put it in cup. You will get more in a cup. 2 bites of banana was all that was in there. They didn't seeto knowwhat they were doing. They told gut in front not to take any more orders. He didn't want to stop. He had people waiting. Thekitchen were standing around looking at eCh other. No organization. Whoever was in charge wasn't doing their job. I was watchingthem to see if our second order was being worked on. The girl took offence to me looking. We should have asked for our moneyback, ridiculous. Wont be going there again. Any body that asks won't get a good review from us."

"If the franchise owner wants to join this conversation, I would be happy to chat. It's frankly absurd not to have this essential facility, especially given the location and the need for frequent restroom stops on the highway. It's a basic matter of supporting families with children. I understand the concern about becoming a restroom stop for people who don’t patronize the restaurant, but let's move past that. Being a good business means being accommodating, and providing a changing station is part of that. Perhaps the owner should spend some time shadowing a parent to gain a better understanding of their needs. This isn't just about the changing station; it's about inclusivity and consideration for customers, both local and traveling. McDonald's is a major family-centric brand, but this particular location seems to miss that mark. What do you think?"

"Its just a reality that most burger kings are ran poorly last few years and food just isnt that great. I keep giving them another chance because this was my favorite fast food growing up but if your in Pennsylvania it is more then likely going to be bad from my experience. "The staff were extremely rude and disrespectful! They were unhelpful in every way. To make matters worse, they charged me for every little addition I requested on my sandwich because I ordered one that was no longer on the menu. Instead of informing me about it beforehand, they waited until after I placed my order to tell me. I simply ordered a chicken bacon ranch sandwich. It was obvious that the employees didn’t want to be there. One worker was clearly unwell and coughing, and several others were discussing the need to take COVID tests."
