Its been a long time since Ive ordered KFC and its going to be a long time when I order again. Unsavory fries, extremely salty chicken and nuggets. at least the biscuits were somewhat decent.

I wouldn't recommend spending your money or your lunch break at this place. Can you guess whether the food was fresh or stale during the lunch rush? If you guessed cold and stale, you're spot on! And save your time responding to this review—I know that in Seattle, fast food quality isn't a priority for most. Thank you.

I absolutely adore KFC's spicy chicken sandwiches! They are hands down better than any other fast food options out there. You don't believe me? Even Chick-fil-A and Burger King can't compare! McDonald's doesn't even come close. I used to work for KFC 38 years ago and I wish they had these spicy chicken sandwiches back then. KFC really knows how to set the bar high when it comes to making a spicy sandwich. Keep up the amazing work! Voir le carte

Received an order through drive thru and we ordered the big box that included 12 nuggets, 4 pieces of chicken, fries and 4 biscuits. The Nuggets didn’t seem right at all and after a better look, they looked as if they weren’t fresh.We asked the drive thru attendant if he could get us fresh nuggets at least. He said “ we can’t do that for you sir, we don’t have fresh nuggets…”It is a big no no to tell customers that your food that you offer is not fresh. That is not customer service and I’m sure kfc would not want that quality released.Edit: The meal was subpar at best, biscuits were so dry….

I live in West Seattle, and this is the nearest KFC/Taco Bell to my home. I often make an extra effort to drive to this location when I'm craving a Doritos Locos taco. However, some of the items available online may not be offered in-store. There's a relatively large homeless population in the surrounding area, so if you choose to eat inside, you might want to be mindful of your surroundings when approaching your car. I've never felt unsafe, just a bit cautious. On a positive note, the service is generally quick, and the staff has treated me well. Just a heads-up: there are often people hanging out in the parking lot.

Despite the fact that they forgot one of my three-piece chicken meals, I am still giving this restaurant a 5-star rating. Here's why: this particular location is situated near a homeless encampment, so I assume the manager deals with a lot of unwanted or unfortunate visitors. Nevertheless, they continue to serve the surrounding community without any attitude or reluctance. When I went inside to inquire about my missing meal, the manager and all of the employees were eager to assist me without questioning if I had a receipt or becoming defensive. This level of customer service is rare, as I have previously worked in fast food and know that employees can sometimes take their jobs too seriously... Voir le carte
