"The KFC in Mount Sterling is the worst we've ever encountered. We've faced numerous problems with receiving our complete orders. Tonight, we placed an order two hours before closing, and when we picked it up, we found that we received cold dinner rolls instead of biscuits, which we had paid for. Additionally, they didn't provide the coleslaw we ordered. When we got home and realized this, I tried calling them, but their phone was off the hook. I called for over an hour with no response."

Came in drive thru ordered had wait so we went in and posted on the counter was a 12 piece strip meal $5.90 and we said we'll just take that and the manager grabbed it ripped it up and said that's a mistake we're not actually doing that.

During my last visit, I had the best chicken I've had in years from KFC. The breast pieces were juicy and packed with flavor. Everything was fresh. I made sure to let the staff know how happy we were with our meal. I would highly recommend this place for dining in or taking out. Voir le carte

It took a really long time for anyone to take our order! When the staff member finally came to the register, she mentioned that there were only two people working that day. She apologized for the delay, explaining they were overwhelmed with the drive-thru orders. I want to give a shout-out to Miranda for her excellent service!
