I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant unless you don’t care about taste or smell and just want to eat the chicken. The food was bland and unappetizing in appearance. I spent 45 minutes there, and it was a letdown.

Terrible service! This restaurant is poorly managed. Despite there being only a few customers, we had to wait 30 minutes. The staff seemed disorganized. I won't be returning to this location and recommend looking for a different place to eat.

This is a solid KFC and Taco Bell combination. They recently upgraded the interior, and it looks great for a fast-food establishment. While there isn't a lot of seating available inside, it's sufficient for the most part. The staff is consistently friendly and willing to help. Voir le carte

I’d like to express my thoughts on the food, but it’s been 30 minutes since I placed my order, and I’m still observing the six staff members behind the counter casually moving about instead of preparing my meal. I wouldn’t recommend coming here if you’re looking for timely service.

I ordered the chicken sandwich for $12, and it turned out to be unflavorful, with only a hint of grease. The sandwich was more like a chewy piece of rubber. Along with it, I received a half-filled box of extremely greasy fries and a medium Diet Pepsi/seltzer. I would steer clear of this place.

It's KFC, so you know what to expect. The food and chicken are decent. I tried their new chicken sandwich, and it was quite tasty. I might have given them another star, but their credit card machine was down, and they were only accepting cash. I usually have no complaints about my food from KFC, but today was different. My chicken pieces were very small, old, and stale. I’m really disappointed that I paid nearly $6 for a combo and got these three tiny, low-quality pieces. It’s frustrating to receive such poor food at 1:30 in the afternoon—it felt like they were trying to sell leftovers. I would have preferred if they told me they needed to cook something fresh, even if it meant waiting an extra six minutes, rather than ruining my lunch. To make matters worse, they didn’t give me a receipt, so it’s hard to leave feedback or find out the manager’s name.

I wasn't impressed with this restaurant. I ordered a veggie power bowl, but my order was incorrect. When I tried to go inside to resolve the issue, the door was locked. Initially, the manager didn’t seem very interested in helping and appeared frustrated, but he eventually corrected the order. Unfortunately, it was still wrong for a different reason. I didn't feel like going back to address that, but I did notice they forgot to provide napkins, so I had to return for those. If I could give this establishment no stars, I would. The customer service is terrible. The floor inside is perpetually wet, and the assistant manager has a very poor attitude. I can't tell if it was discrimination or something else, but when I arrived, the Latino assistant manager completely ignored me while I stood at the counter for about 10-15 minutes. An employee from the back had to come take my order. After that, I waited an additional 20 minutes. The assistant manager went around asking everyone else if they had received their orders and quickly handed them out. Finally, he asked me what I had ordered.
