"I would avoid this restaurant. I placed an order on their website at 4:55 pm and received a confirmation text stating it would be ready for pickup at 6:20 pm. However, at 5:44 pm, I got a follow-up text notifying me that my order was delayed until 6:55 pm. When I arrived at the restaurant at the updated time, I was told they don 't accept DoorDash orders, even though they could see what I’d ordered and mistakenly mispronounced my name. They offered to start cooking my food at that point but said it would take at least another 25 minutes. I decided to cancel the order and requested a refund, but the cashier 's tone was dismissive, asking me to calm down. The person cooking, who seemed to be either a manager or owner, said she couldn’t cancel or refund my order and instructed me to contact DoorDash. I was also told the cancellation or refund couldn’t be processed that evening but she might be able to handle it the next morning. The lack of clear communication and an efficient refund process was extremely frustrating. Better coordination between the restaurant and delivery platforms, as well as improved customer service, would be nice"
