The donuts didn't have as much filling as I had anticipated, but they were still really delicious.

Cant customize your own dozen?! They gave me the worst "assorted" Custom Assorted Dozen as it was all cheap donuts that tasted old. Dont order online

Girl at the drive thru tonight was rude as all get out. If you don’t like your job, don’t clock in and take it out on the customers. Btw get off your phone Js. Rude.

Talk about a toxic work environment this place is run by poor management and has their staff scared of write ups for actually doing the correct thing to give great customer service and it shows!! Nobody here enjoyed their job and looked and acted absolutely miserable hire some better management and maybe you'll get the staff Voir le carte

I had a highly disappointing experience with the service. I placed an order for a corporate meeting with a specific pick-up time, but our order was not ready as requested, and the store was closed when we arrived. My colleague had to knock on the door repeatedly just to get someone's attention, and even then, it took the staff a long time to put together our order. If you don't have enough staff to provide proper service and meet customer orders, it would be better to decline the order entirely. We would have preferred being told no instead of experiencing the stress we encountered today.

Best donuts in town so far! I give the donuts 5/5. The customer service is definitely 3 stars. The employees can be rude at times especially the guy that works in the drive thru. I never see the hot sign on anymore. Usually they make fresh hot donuts between 6am-10am. The lobby does close early but they should have a sign that lets people know what time they close the lobby. Because the last time I went the lobby was closed at 2:30pm. Also I think they need a better drive thru with the speaker close to the cars. But the donuts are worth it! The best times to buy donuts is when they have deals, otherwise they are pricey.

Our two young boys, ages 3 and 5, love to go there, much more than the employees want to work there. It's very clean and organized, (a great thing), but Customer Service is at best mechanical, certainly not heartfelt. This restaurant could've easily earned a 5 rating if the employees would've shown even an ounce of enthusiasm with my kids who were so excited to see them. Sincere service with a smile is IMPORTANT. Both of my boys proudly wore one of the amazing Krispy Kreme hats placed strategically on each of the tables in restaurant. It is my opinion the employees should proudly wear them as well!
