Chicken Sandwich was so mid. Straight up school chicken patty with a little sauce and pickles. Mid City Chicken.

Didn't expect the Fried Chicken to be very good from the view of the outside of the building. But looks can be deceiving.... it was delicious! Also a neighborhood favorite.

1st time, chicken and tenders was fresh but toooooo spicy for my children and myself. We have had all kinds of fried chicken from NJ, NY, all over down south. Biscuts was burnt on bottom. Potatoe wedges was good and mashed potatoes was typical instant.

This time, I decided to order something other than the chicken tenders because I wanted to try something different, thinking that if their chicken was good, their other dishes would be too. What a mistake! My hamburger was overcooked to the point that it was as hard as a rock, and the fries were stale and not fresh. It was a total waste of money! I won't be returning there again!

Quality varies wildly. Fish and shrimp way over priced. $8 for 5 hard little shrimp nuggets no bigger than a nickel. Sides just aren’t good but if you stick with the tenders it’s usually pretty good. Sometimes the biscuits are good but often they are over baked with a little burn on the bottom. Has potential but more attention to quality is due. Been ordering here enough that I’m convinced that’s not going to consistently happen.

We stopped in after attending Mass at St. Joe’s a block away. The prices cannot be beat. And the food was delicious. They had a TV on but the volume was low enough that it didn’t disturb us. There were crossword and sudoku books on a shelf. When the busy waitress saw my kids interested in those books, she offered us coloring books and crayons which was very thoughtful. Food came out quick and we had prompt and very friendly service. The bill was less than $25 for a family of four unheard of! Definitely recommend stopping in for the food, friendliness, and neighborhood feel in the Poconos! Voir le carte
