"I was unsure of what was going on during my visit, but the employee at the window was loudly arguing with another staff member about a woman who wasn't present. It seemed unnecessary and extended my wait time. The cashier repeatedly stepped away to discuss the issue, which was quite distracting. While I recognize that communication among staff is important, dealing with drama in front of waiting customers is not appropriate. The food was decent, but the overall experience left much to be desired."

Gone here on 3 occasions all at different times between 9 pm and 11 pm and am always given some reason for refusing to take my order. It's hit or miss as the weather or not your order is even going to.

I typically have a good experience at this location, but this morning my debit card wasn't returned after my transaction. I spent 15 minutes searching for a card that the cashier knew she hadn't given back to me at 7:20 AM. Voir le carte

There was a sign the door stating dining area open. But door was locked. Employee had bad attitude stating that not enough employees working that why the door was locked. Well, take sign down. And stop having a bad attitude. I wanted to dine. So Ileft. DoorDash was there waiting also.

I won't be back to this Krystal. The Krystal burgers were soggy, literally, the buns were wet! Hardly any condiment on the burger. The best part of the meal were the fries.. and they underfilled the carton. The person taking the order sound so lowenergy.. no smile or common courtesy. I felt like problem not a welcomed customer..

Honestly I have been working in this area for months and only twice has the dining room been open at noon lunch time. The employees are standing outside of the building at one of the busiest times of day and tell you the dining room is always closedwith a big sign that says the dining room opens at 9am. At what point do you replace employees that are costing this site somuch revenue? Voir le carte

The breakfast bowl and biscuit sandwiches at Krystal are consistently fresh and delicious. I've mostly enjoyed their breakfast options, and I appreciate that the meals are always made to order. The staff member working in the early mornings is usually very courteous and attentive to ensuring the order is correct. However, today was an exception, as there was an unusual delay in opening around 6:40.

I am not sure what was going on, but the window employee was yelling at the other employee about a female who was not present. It was unnecessary and my wait was extended. The window employee/cashier kept taking 2-4 steps back and forth to the otheremployee to discuss the dramatic situation. Food was descent. I understand communication between employees is normal, yetyelling and stopping to assist the customer to shout at your coworker about drama is unwanted.
