"Ordered food which took very long and when came pizza was made wrong. Expressed I wanted pizza the way I wanted it had them remake it which we ordered take out at that time. Pizza came which was good but waiter kept telling us take out order is delayed because kitchen backed up. This happened at least two or three times. Finally called manager after 30 minutes of waiting for take out. He proceeded to get take out ready. We were there for over two hours. Manager compensated us with percentage off after I spoke of situation. Place was busy which is fine with me but maybe just bad day to bevthere"

"I been eating here for a while. My son loves the sushi there and it’s always nice to go but today was a little different. I have a two year old as well and he has autism which causes him to stim (for the ppl the have no knowledge a stim is a self-regulatory behavior it can be of all types) my son in particular sounds like loud humming (ahhhhhhh). I understand it can be loud but there is nothing I can do to prevent it. He stims in and out not constantly. While waiting for our drinks he was stimming and the waitress approached me and asked me to quiet him because it was “disturbing my(her) customers”. He wasn’t running around, he was sitting on our table writing on a paper. Although I understand it can be loud, he was not doing it intentionally or for a long period of time. The restaurant itself is not a quiet restaurant to begin with. I was able to make him stop by giving him my phone thankfully but what would have been if that didn’t work? I did explain it to her. I just hope she learns something from this. I am not saying she had no right to approach me, just a different way with more respect."

"The food, service, and atmosphere were all quite good, though nothing to get overly excited about. The prices were in line with other restaurants of similar quality. They offer a very large and diverse menu. The grilled sauce on the Western burger was absolutely fantastic. Be sure to check out their food specialties!"

"This restaurant is undoubtedly the best in the near west suburbs. "This was our first time here and we really enjoyed it. The menu is extensive and well priced for the most part. We were out with another couple and we each ordered an appetizer to start. Mussels and steak poutine were big hits. I ordered the wild crab risotto, and while I enjoyed it, there wasn't much rice! Lots of other ingredients, would have appreciated and expected more actual risotto. Each couple also shared a dessert, also delicious. Patio is very nice, trains aren't that frequent, so not too disruptive"
