Highly recommend, The best seafood in the town. Delicious food and great service. I was there Friday morning and the waitress very attentive.

The food is amazing and the service is outstanding! We had a delightful evening at this restaurant. The seafood is excellent! You really can't go wrong here.

The drinks aren't the best really not good, the carne asada wasn't a true carne asada, and the crab that my grandpa got wasn't good. The music is over the top, way too loud! This was my first visit to this restaurant, and I was very impressed. Our waiter was fantastic and even brought out two additional sauces for us to try - mango habanero and a spicy red sauce that were both delicious. The food was incredibly tasty and perfectly seasoned. As a seafood lover, I know I'll be returning to this restaurant as one of my top choices for great seafood.

This restaurant is by far the best local Mexican seafood place I've experienced in Colorado. The level of care and dedication in each dish is clear, particularly in their traditional options inspired by Nayarit, Mexico. Even if you're not a seafood lover, I strongly suggest trying their non-seafood offerings, such as the birria tacos with consomé. I was so impressed that I felt compelled to write a review. Las Islas has a cozy atmosphere that feels like you're enjoying a meal in your own backyard. The food is fantastic, and talented musicians often come around with their guitars to serenade you for just a small fee of $10. The dishes are fresh, and the empanadas are a must-try! If you're in the mood for a classic Michelada, this is the place to find it—they even freeze the glasses for that extra chill. The bartenders are quick and bring a lively energy to the spot. My favorite bartender is Alex; he's definitely someone you should meet. He's easy to talk to and has a great personality that truly shines. So, come on down and enjoy the experience!

We decided to visit this restaurant for the first time, but unfortunately, our experience left us quite disappointed. It was 2 PM, and we were the only customers there. We ordered a shrimp and octopus aguachile to share, but after waiting 30 minutes, the dish arrived without octopus—only squid and clams instead. We were really looking forward to the octopus, and the waitress, Fernanda, informed us that they were out of it. BEWARE: THIS PLACE IS SHADYYYYY! It was a group of 4 of us. 4. Service was slow. We were the only table in the restaurant besides a few people at the bar. The server that took care of us was gone most of the time. We had to flag her down for everythingggggg, and ask her for things multiple times as she kept forgetting. My order was wrong. She didn 't write anything down, but would come back to the table to ask what we wanted again because she forgot. That 's besides the point. We were a table of 4. The bill came out.
