"Il contesto, storico culturale, (castello e borgo medievale, buon vino, la bella campagna) nel suo insieme aiutano molto. Unito alla vincente “logistica” di trovarsi proprio davanti a dove si “sbuca” provenienti dal vicino parcheggio, fanno la fortuna di questo locale. Ma tutto questo sarebbe inutile se non vi fosse anche una certa abilità commerciale ed una predisposizione del personale alla gentilezza e cordialità, che spesso fanno la differenza con altre realtà, ugualmente strutturate. I tavolini esterni, sotto gli ombrelloni, invitano alla sosta. Il locale è alla mano, turistico, non sciccoso ma funzionale ai bisogni dei visitatori del luogo. Un po’ meno vasi, vasini e vasetti e maggiore qualità negli accessori, anche floreali forse migliorerebbe ulteriormente una situazione, comunque buona perché caratteristica."

"We have stopped by Bar Dante a couple of times during our stay in Radda. The first thing that strikes you is that the owner Carolyn is from England. She is just lovely. She is happy to share her story (short version) of how she ended up in Radda but turns out she has written a book. Brought the book and am halfway through. It is a very light and easy read. What can we say about the food here? Amazing. Everything we have tasted on the menu is incredible. We have had beef tartare (best we have ever tasted) bruschetta, lasagna, chicken cacciatore and pasta! A very memorable place to visit and enjoy your meal."

"Very beautiful place, far from the chaos and immersed in the Chianti area, where I breathed good air, in a simple but well-kept environment and they immediately made us feel as if we had been friends forever. Very good food, also appreciated by the little ones in the family, right service and right prices. I recommend stopping by to eat to share the experience. PS they let us sit even though we hadn't booked much in advance, saying that they don't send anyone away. Too bad we couldn't eat outside because it was raining a little. It's also good for animal lovers. When I come back I'll stop by for more food."

"Il posto è unico, in un borghetto lontano da tutto. Nadia ci ha accolti calorosamente, raccontandoci ogni piatto con dovizia e conoscenza: si vede l'amore per il suo lavoro. Piatti molto ricercati negli abbinamenti. Dalla prima all'ultima, ogni pietanza aveva un sapore particolare, studiato, ben assemblato: molto molto gradevoli. Unico neo: le portate, nonostante siano presentate con gusto ed in piatti ricercati, sono piuttosto scarse. Più che altro rapportate ai prezzi. Ottima carta dei vini."
