"I ordered Cheetos with nacho cheese, and I immediately noticed that the cheese had an off taste, reminiscent of expired dairy. I thought it might just be me, but when my husband tried it, he agreed that it tasted strange! I called the restaurant to let them know about the issue, but their response was disappointing. They simply said, "ohhhhh ok," and followed up with "that’s weird, we've sold a few today and no one has complained." That's not an appropriate way to address a food complaint! Upon closer inspection with my phone's flashlight, I noticed the cheese was separating (I've attached a picture). It's really disappointing that if the complaint had been handled better, it wouldn't have felt like such a big deal. There's definitely a gap in their customer service."
