I’ve ordered multiple times and they are rude and mess up the order all the time. Taste is Okay.

Customer service is not good if you don't speak their language. They do not get the order right or dont put it through at all. Food tastes good and prices are reasonable though.

The customer service could be improved, especially for those who don't speak the local language. Orders are often incorrect or not fulfilled at all. However, the food is tasty, and the prices are reasonable.

We've only been here for the popusas so I can't recommend anything but those. Every choice they have here is really good and they come along with a pickled cabbage/carrot salad, pickled purple onions, and tomato sauce. Put all these toppings on top of the popusa and enjoy! One day we'll venture off to different items on the menu, I swear. Note: you can eat these with just your hands just make sure they're clean.

I ordered beans and cheese at Popusa, but the lady at the front counter gave me the wrong item. When I realized the mistake, I took the order back, but was told it couldn't be exchanged, even though it was the kitchen's error. She asked me to place a new order instead. This is the first time I've encountered a restaurant acknowledging a mistake yet still expecting me to pay for it. I won’t be returning; they have lost my business for good. Requested popusas to go asked for bean and cheese the lady from the front counter gave me the wrong item. I took the order back after realizing but was told it can't be exchanged, although she claimed the lady in the kitchen made the mistake. She wanted me to order again and pay this is the first time a restaurant made a mistake acknowledged it and wanted me to pay for their mistake, unreal never again for me they won't get another dime first and last time I step in that place I thought I found a nice place to eat.

So, the place is not the cleanest, the bathroom is appalling, there are overweights written as you in gas station toilet, also the steak was lazy, it smelled and they cooked it and gave it to us anyway, that is crazy. Moreover, the portions are huge and the servers are very nice and sweet, they don't speak much English tho, besides the steak obviously rotted, the rest of the food was delicious. You need to repair this bathroom and not try to serve rotten meat, and then this place would be great. I couldn't trust the rest of my food that they served us with rotten beef.
