"I ordered the fried jalapeños with shrimp and cheese and was disappointed. There was a lack of flavor, and I only found one shrimp—complete with the tail still on—per jalapeño. I paid $12.50 for a half order, which meant I received just four shrimp and four jalapeños for that price. When our server asked for feedback as we were leaving, I provided my honest opinion, but she simply kept repeating, "that's how it comes." If you're not looking for genuine feedback, it would be better not to ask, especially since the server hadn’t shown any interest. Despite my feelings about the meal, I still left a $7 tip on my $40 bill because I try to be understanding towards staff. However, if I'm treated as if I'm the issue, I won't be coming back. My family used to dine here regularly, and I will be letting others know about your high prices and mediocre food."

I've been dining at this restaurant for years, and I've always enjoyed great service and food. However, during our visit tonight (06/06/2024), it was a different experience. My wife ordered the Full Chicken Quesadilla, while I chose my usual favorite, the Beef Chili Relleno with Salsa Verde. What I received was a day-old Chicken Relleno with ground beef layered underneath and drenched in Salsa Verde. The dish smelled and tasted off, reminiscent of rotten peppers and vinegar. I had a similar experience at the Springdale, AR location at the beginning of winter as well.
