"I had ordered on door dash and they didnt have the items I had on oreder. They called back wanting replacement info and when I started to try and make sense of the situation they hung up on me because they had other customers that needed help. So they hung up on the one they were helping to answer questions that were understandably on hold due to phone call. Completely disregarding customer service all together at that time. I believe it's because they did not have the answers that I was asking questions to. Not being confronted face to face they just hung up. If I could give a negative 5 stars I would have. These folks need a lesson in customer service let alone salesmanship. Bottom line they are there to sale a product and service the public not hang up on them because they don't have the answers and someone else walks in. A simple request to compensate order or try to make the sale happen they hung up."

The donuts are beautifully decorated, but they are too fancy. I visited on a Friday and since football season is back, they have blue Friday donuts available.

There are so many fun and unique flavors that you won't find anywhere else! The donuts here are enormous, about twice the size of a regular donut, as they should be. Voir le carte

Personally for the cost of there donuts it's not Worth it. Plus seems they never taste fresh. We were very disappointed with them and there service. I don't recommend going there.

Was looking for good old fashion donuts, if you like exotic this would be good for you, looking for regular, not add good. They tasted good, just not what I want, i like the regular classic donuts

Wow, these doughnuts are a must try! They are the best I have had in years. The staff is friendly and helpful. The chocolate and maple bars are huge and delicious. We also got a french toast and a Conan the barbarian. They were all fantastic!

I've had some decent donuts in my life. Usually from major chain places. But these are... eons above and beyond their competition. Rich and flavorful on a level that is just stunning to behold. The cake is just the right texture, and the toppings are a delight. The cannolis, though... those should have a little spotlight on them and rotate on a diamond-encrusted electrical lazy susan.
