"We had reservations for three people at 7:15 pm. The hostess seated us and our waiter, Jared, was very rude and inexperienced in customer service. He brought us water without straws and it took 19 minutes for him to bring us our one beer, blaming the delay on the bartender who was also the manager on duty. When I asked to speak to the manager, Jared sent another waiter who was much more apologetic. Eventually, Jared came by and the other waiter assured him that everything was under control. I was so frustrated that I just wanted to leave the restaurant. I had a bad experience and will not be recommending or returning to Libby's. The manager on duty should have at least come to our table to address the situation. After leaving, we went to Mattisons on 41 where the service was excellent and the food was amazing. I have been there twice and have never been disappointed. Please avoid having Jared as your waiter at Libby's. It was a complete disaster."

Somehow the comment got deleted so I’m leaving the comment again. Great ambient and their cocktail and food were perfect. Jason was taking care of us but his service was excellent too! Will come back for sure!!

The restaurant has a very pleasant and relaxed ambiance. The menu is incredibly diverse with options to suit all tastes. Our server was fantastic. The food was top-notch and fairly priced. I would definitely recommend this place and will definitely be coming back. Voir le carte

Server Phillipe was poor at checking back with us; long intervals without seeing him; didn’t check back with us on drink refills or other items; didn’t follow up on whether everything was ok with our meals; took 1 1/2 hours start-finish, that’s w/o dessert. Our tips reflected our dissatisfaction. Our party agreed we won’t return.

We are frequent diners of Libby's and have never had a bad experience until yesterday. 1. The indoor bar was filled with dogs (three dogs) barking at each other. Is it allowable, by Health Department code, to allow dogs inside restaurants? These were not support animals... It was very gross to have dogs and dog water bowls near our tables. 2. Our server, Filipe, was very slow to respond often leaving us for long stretches of time because he had tables in the other side of the restaurant. It was so bad that we had to ask other servers to wait our table. Thankfully they were courteous to do so. 3. I told the server upfront that I could not have spice.
