"Great prices, good service, good food. I went to the Lighthouse for breakfast. Breakfast menu was broad enough that you wouldn 't get bored as a repeat diner. I had eggs, a sausage patty, rye toast and home fries. Ample portions; I couldn 't finish it. Eggs were cooked just as I asked. Home fries looked fresh, didn 't taste like everything else on the grill and were browned and crispy on the outside. Orange juice tasted a little thin and I didn 't enjoy that. Coffee wad just okay but refills and top-offs came quickly and three was real cream at the table. Recommended!"

I came into Foster Brook looking for an Italian place I saw billboarded on Rt 219 South and when I couldn't find it I found this place.

Have tried this local diner a handful of times every time I'm hoping to have a good experience every time Im let down today September 3th 2017.

Monte is now the Liberty Tavern. Under new management and new look. Still with the great friendly atmosphere. Menu is very similar with some new things added. Will be back soon. Voir le carte

What a beautiful find. Good food, nice staff good portions. But the thing they call cake looks like cakes for me. The fish fry was delicious, and the engraving on the fried was delish, beautiful touch of the onion.

Went and had breakfast here. Paid $4.99 for 3 eggs, home fries, corned beef hash, toast, and coffee. Was very good food. Would have probably paid 8 bucks for this same thing across the street. And the waitress was great too. Would definitely come here again
