"Traveling through Fitzgerald, Ga during lunchtime and got a recommendation from a local at the gas station to try Puckett’s Place. It was easy to locate in the Walmart plaza. We ordered burgers, fries, and salads. Hand slapped burgers were perfect!! Clean, friendly staff, and quick service. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20"

"Took nephew for ice cream next door to restaurant. It was okay. Way over priced for a poor small town like fitzgerald. One scoop of ice cream each and a slice of flan and slice of cheesecake for $21...I dont pay that much at a nice restaurant in Atlanta. "Great place to eat, the lady who owns It had already left so we didn't get to see her, she's a sweetheart. We came from Waycross to eat there looked it up on Google which stated 2 p.m. was closing time we got there about 2:20. We found out after getting inside it in fact closes at 1:30. We were graciously allowed to stay and eat. Foods delicious but coming in that late we didn't have the chance to get seconds which was probably better for us health wise. I enjoyed a slice of cake with carmel icing so good. Thank you to staff that didn't rush us out."

"My cousin got his food didn't check his bag until he got home. There was a different person at the window.. However when my cousin got home to eat he looked in to the bag and the napkins was put in like trash. The person didn't not put it in the normal way they supposed to be. We are very disappointed because it literally look like trash in the bag on top of his food. We saw it as poor customer service the main people be to the window when you pick up food put the napkins in right.. I have a cousin that work there and I will be talking to her because this person whom look knew did not put them napkins in the proper way!"

"Never understood the concept of a restaurant serving fish and tea NEVER having lemons. Always have to stop by the local grocer to pick up a lemon before eating here. The few times I have gotten lemon here they were rotten. The food is not that bad, the service is lack luster at best with all the attitude, but that seems to be the norm in fast food, though it should not be. Coming from restaurant and retail work myself I always trained my employees to be actually friendly and to thank customers when they hand you their money that they had to work so hard to get Not a big ask but it is what it is."
