"my wife and I eat in the lititz springs (formerly sutter) inn several times a year and had great and not so great experiences. almost every person working there is great. Unfortunately, we have the one waitress that is not, and that is probably the third time we had them, and this time was the worst. lori b was again late to get to the table; I think 10 minutes after sitting (and if all others were of course most served by the excellent server next to it) she did not deliver the cocktail menu until we asked. I asked for the lamb special rule and she said it was still a command. When the court came out, there were two very small lambs and I was quite shocked. I've already gotten lamb there and had at least four pieces on the teller. I confirmed with the excellent waiter that there should be four pieces and he told me that he sold the last court an hour before. when the waitress came back and after talking to the manager, she tried to defend the court instead of apologising. then I told her that her colleague had already confirmed that I was lamming. she then said, “I will not fight with you.” too late. I am a minimum 20% drinking money, but was so annoyed with the dishonest and rude that I left $5. she went back and said, “I would rather you do the top zero and run away. my wife and I were grounded. lori b should not waitressing somewhere let alone what should be fine eating."

Stopped in for a couple beers after dinner. Beers were ok. Service was good.

The only downside is the second-floor location. They offer delicious burgers, a variety of menu items, and great tasting beers and cocktails.

Collusion brewery is located right in the heart of Lititz. Plenty of table tops, bar stools, and TV's to watch your team. Go up to the bar for drink and food orders, they use a buzzer system for food pickup at the bar. If your in town shopping or just need a timeout during your day, this is a great spot for it.

EXTREMELY BUSY with only one person doing it all. Food surprisingly pretty good. I wasn't expecting the quality of food we got. I picked a bad choice of one of their beers. The small area exacerbates the noise level. Neat atmosphere when it's a little less packed. Kudos to the bar tender/watress/server, etc. She really took everything in stride. Look at the beverage BOARD and not the menu. Menu is out of date.

"Quaint cafe in the heart of a rustic town. I pass through this town once or twice a year and I must stop here to eat. As a single person, sitting at the coffee bar is the option because otherwise, waits to get tables for groups can be a half hour. Today, all I had to do was hear the three specials. Two were vegetarian and one was vegan. I also saw a Vegan Pumpkin Cheesecake in the dessert case. Did not have to look at the regular menu to decide the Spinach Artichoke Pie and Chili was the way I wanted to go (after I heard the chili was vegan they did not mention it until I told them I assumed it wasn't). These were technically two entrees so they came with a side and a scone. I ate these in house and took a Tomato Pie entree to go. With a Basil Mint (yogurt) smoothie, this vegetarian was happy. Perusing the menu online to add this cafe to Happy Cow, I noticed much more for vegetarians and vegans alike. My server was knowledgeable about vegetarian and vegan options, although not always labeled for easy determination, and she knew the difference between the two. I don't think you can go wrong by giving this place a try if you get the chance to. Just be cognizant, as we all usually must be, and ask if you have questions about ingredients. Wherever I go, I make sure the server knows I am vegetarian and that they know that means that chicken and fish are not vegetables despite what they may have heard. I am going to message this cafe as soon as I finish this review to urge them to label veg*n options because it would serve them and their customers better. If you visit here, maybe you will decide to inform them, too? Since 4 of 5 stars is the highest permissible rating, I went with 3 because I believe they could do better to communicate/label the veg options."
