Little Donkey Mexican Montgomery

I ordered a veggie bowl and it was delicious. However, I was disappointed that chips and salsa weren’t included for free, like at other Mexican restaurants. The atmosphere is friendly, and there is outdoor seating available.

Bartender and cocktails were phenomenal, the Paloma is a must! The variety of salsas was fantastic, the guacamole was creamy, and the tacos were delicious. We had the brisket and gulf fish. I would eat here once a week easy!

Great meal, super staff, good location. Price wise, a little on the higher end, but worth every bite. Our of Towner's looking for a good local restaurant, was the name that caught our attention. Well return on the next trip through. Voir le carte

Food was delicious and service was amazing. I ordered quarter size fried chicken (dark meat) and I loved it. The pickled veggies complemented the overall taste nicely. We were amazed at the very reasonable price too, considering the nice atmosphere and quality food. Highly recommend!!!

Delicious food. Decent wait time. We have kids and they loved coloring the masks until the food came. The kids asked to come back. They enjoyed the kids meal with smoked chicken legs. Not authentic Mexican but very tasty Mexican inspired dishes. The atmosphere is kinda modern with an r&b and indie rock musical playlist.

Smoked Chicken Quesadilla was amazing! Great portions, fresh guacamole on the side(no additional charge I might add! and superb customer service. I am a Realtor and often eat in my car, so I placed my order to go and I was greeted multiple times to ensure I had been helped as I waited for my food! Y'all. This place was amazing! From the fresh salads to the spicy pork tacos.. to the spice on the juicy fried chicken (what? everything was super flavorful. The waiter had that genuine southern hospitality charm and and offered great recommendations. The masks are the kid's coloring pages with their menu on the otherside. And with beautifully crafted cocktails? Yes please!

Sat at the bar Daniel and Rick had menus and waters down before we were even fully seated. We've been here several times, and it's always great, but the service and the food were above and beyond on this particular visit. Everything was hot and fresh, and the portions were deceptively filling. We always look forward to coming back, but this particular visit was 6 out of 5 stars.

I've visited Little Donkey many times and will keep returning because the food is consistently delicious. The taco plate offers excellent value, and swapping out the rice and beans for their street corn is a must-do. The house margarita is delightful, and my favorite was the Gulf fish taco. The service is always friendly and efficient, with great recommendations. The restaurant is clean and has a lively atmosphere. Voir le carte
