"Delicious and spicy! I definitely wasn't prepared for that level of heat—guess I'm a bit of a novice. I was surprised that they dipped the sandwich in the pho broth beforehand; this made the bottom bread soggy. The pho short rib meat was quite dry as well. A creamy dressing would have added some richness and helped with the dryness. Despite these issues, I would still order it again. I saw mentions of loaded tots in reviews; I would have loved to try them, but they weren't on the menu. That's something for the restaurant to think about."

The Crispy Fried Chicken Bowl is my favorite thing and I order it at least once every other week!! Its the perfect lunch and the order is always ready so fast.

The Pho Short Rib sandwich is outstanding. Be sure to order the side of broth for dipping! The cucumber salad is a refreshing, healthy complement to the meal. I highly recommend this restaurant; it’s a fantastic addition to the neighborhood.

If you can't decide between pho and banh mi, you can have the best of both worlds by trying the pho short rib with broth. If you're looking for a change from the usual noodles in pho, go for the short rib bowl—it's incredible how well everything comes together.
