I visited this restaurant for the first time, and being from Cincinnati, I have to say I was disappointed. The food was really unappetizing; the Coneys were not good at all, and the chili was surprisingly bad. The fries were hard as well. The only thing I enjoyed was the soda.

All Coney Island restaurants should stop referring to customers as "Sweetie" or "Baby." It's extremely disrespectful and condescending. I absolutely love their Grilled Chicken Club sandwich and have been enjoying it for years. However, when I got home recently, the chicken was scorched (a bit burnt) – something that's never happened before. The next time I visited, I checked the sandwich before leaving and it was burned again. I requested a remake, but the cook seemed a bit frustrated and insisted that it wasn't burnt, just the result of the marinade the chicken was soaked in.
