"I'll start by saying my daughter and I were sat at a table where there was a horrendous smell of urine. When we left, they at least had the smarts to leave Table 22 vacant.I wanted a table for 2 people. I gave my name and cell number to get a text. I was told it would be a 25 minute wait, but it was more like 5 minutes. When I was providing my information, I saw an elderly male walking out with a walker and his pants were wet around his waist. I felt sorry for him on the inside. I never thought in a million years I would be seated where he probably just sat. I'm not saying that happened, but there was a horrific smell at Table 22. I didn't notice it immediately as I had my mask on. After placing my food order and getting my drink, I took my mask off. Oh my goodness, that urine smell hit me like a ton of bricks. My server was very apologetic. One of the managers not so much. I was told other people in the restaurant told them of the smell. So why in the world would you seat someone there. I was told they saw no liquid. I don't care; it could have dried up depending on how long the guests sat at the table. I did complete a form on the incident. Since it was 7 PM and my daughter was really hungry, we sat at another table to eat our food. My meal was overcooked probably because it sat long waiting. Another manager offered a replacement but I was ready to go. They did take off about 20% from the bill. I basically gave that to the server as he was really nice. Since the food wasn't that great, I more than likely won't go back ever again. I already told a friend about my experience. She will never go."

This place is amazing! The menu is huge and has something for everyone, even vegan choices! Service was great and the food was amazing! Egg roll sampler, salad, Firecracker shrimp, wings and seafood ravioli( not pictured) were all 10/10.Food: 5/5

It's a nice place, but the menu is so big; which I would assume food quality goes down just because there's so many choices. I give it a 5/10! No complaints, just a typical bar/restaurant really ? Service was lowkey slow(? , and our waiter seemed high af ?

It was a clean and well kept environment with an interesting theme. The food was delicious and the general menu was extensive. We wished the happy hour menu was a bit longer. Classy spot. Great bar atmosphere. Happy hour and “bar bites” are only located at the bar! Excellent drinks and service. Shout out to jay for helping me through the menu with recommendations and never showing any struggle when maintaining the bar. Always giving off a fun and happy personality. The food was good. The portions are HUGE. Even the kids meals are nice sized. The egg roll sampler, deviled eggs and Louisiana chicken are amazing. The jambalaya was not good at all. Taste like tasteless food from a can. But the other food was so good it made up for it. Honestly should’ve sent the jambalaya back. But overall will definitely go back. Depending on how hungry you are an appetizer and one entree may be plenty for two or even three people.

First time we have eaten here. It was high dinner hour on Thursday night, but the restaurant was busy but not crowded. No wait for a seat. The menu was quite expansive with a wide range of choices. There are burgers, pizza, wings, lobster rolls, multiple seafood options, a dozen steak/BBQ choices, large dinner salads, plus entire chicken, pasta, and appetizer sections. Wife went for the jambalaya and enjoyed it and I tried the BBQ brisket. Both were very good. Service was sufficient, but not over attentive. The bar area was hopping and had 4 large screen TVs. I had high expectations for this place since I love poutine, especially with short ribs. I requested extra gravy and extra cheese as well. I also ordered their Southern fried chicken breast sandwich. Unfortunately, the poutine fries were dry and didn’t have the extra gravy I asked for, the short ribs were tough and minimal in quantity, and they lacked any real flavor. The chicken sandwich was overcooked and dry, and I found it needed more salt. I won’t be returning to this restaurant. Additionally, I suggest that your staff who take phone orders familiarize themselves with the menu to better assist new customers.

I concur with another review that compared this restaurant to the Cheesecake Factory, primarily due to its extensive menu. With such a wide selection, it's expected that much of the food will be mediocre at best. However, I found the wait staff at the bar to be quite good, and the whiskey list was better than average, even though not all items were available. My burger was cooked to perfection, while my wife’s club sandwich featured sliced turkey—something she appreciated, though I had a different opinion on that.
