"I am a professional translator so I have provided my two reviews below in both English and (Japanese) for clarity. Red Ginger is a true gem, and I cannot highly recommend it enough. Not only is the food consistently outstanding—perfectly capturing authentic Japanese flavors—but the service is absolutely exceptional. One individual, in particular, stood out during our recent visit: the waitress with red hair. It seems almost poetic that someone with such a radiant personality works at a place called Red Ginger. She displayed unparalleled professionalism, kindness, and a genuine warmth that made a very difficult week for my family feel just a little brighter. Her ability to anticipate our needs, accommodate our requests, and offer a kind word at the perfect moment made us feel truly cared for. Her compassion and dedication are rare to find, and she is undoubtedly a huge asset to this establishment. If anyone deserves recognition, it’s her. Red Ginger is lucky to have such a talented and empathetic team member who makes customers feel welcome and valued. I sincerely hope her contributions do not go unnoticed—she deserves a raise for the exceptional service she provides! Review (Japanese) Red Ginger is a truly wonderful restaurant and I heartily recommend it. The food is always top-notch, perfectly replicating authentic Japanese flavors, but what 's most notable is the service. What particularly impressed me this time was the red-haired waitress. She works at a store called ``Red Ginger ' ' and it feels like fate. Her professionalism, kindness, and heartwarming response brought some comfort to our family during a difficult week. I was really moved by her attitude of understanding our needs, responding flexibly to our requests, and offering kind words at the perfect time. It 's rare to find such loyal and dedicated employees. There is no doubt that she is a great asset to this store. I sincerely hope that her efforts will be properly recognized. I think she deserves a raise since she provides such great service! "Beware . . . beware! For my family, the lunch rush meant lots of attitude and problems. First, because I ordered a kid's meal for myself (wasn't very hungry) the cashier, K.L. (initials only), gave my wife an extra order of attitude to go along with it, no extra charge. (How dare a grown adult eat kids' food Next, my daughter, a vegetarian requested for the chicken and blue cheese to be put on the side of her salad. Another free order of attitude was given when the cashier sneered, We don't do . . . THAT When my wife asked why, K.L. repeated, We DON'T DO THAT. After a few questions and no answers, the blue cheese was deleted (but I wanted it and my daughter was to have to pick the chicken off of the salad; thankfully, I was there to eat it . . . BUT this meant that my daughter ate the remaining salad, picking AROUND the remants of chicken not the most appetizing thing for somebody who doesn't eat meat. Next, everything that was forgotten and never made the tray!! First, the almonds and granola (little packages), clearly printed on the ticket, did not make it to the table--sadly--nor did my sauce for my nuggets, and one frozen diet lemonade. However, since we were dining in--the cashier thought it was a to go order--I braved the crowd at the front to get these condiments,, etc. Oh, and did I mention the problems with the drinks? We ordered a Diet Coke and Dr. Pepper but as they were unmarked and since my wife has diabetes, I did not want her to get any sugar. So on this trip I was seeking a drink, condiments, and to exchange two mystery drinks. Since that teenage girl refused to look at me, I went to the counter to ask for a manager. The manager, Jimmy, was totally in the weeds but he did step away and visit the table where he told us he was sorry and that he'd had some issues with employee attitudes. By the time I got everything that was originally forgotten, except for the blue cheese (MIA), my waffle fries and nuggets were horribly cold and disgusting. (I closed my eyes and pretended I was at one of the other chicken fast food joints Hey, my bill was $28.85 and I just wanted it to be done right--not too much to ask for, is it? We drove past all of those other fast food restaurants because of staffing service issues for this??? I can tell you that this Chick-fil-A was NOT understaffed, as there were MANY employees outside, behind the counter, on drive through, in the back preparing food, and in the lobby walking around asking How is everything Since I was about 1/2 way through my 500-mile drive, I bit my tongue and said Fine but we did let the manager know EVERYTHING but all he got us was a genuine, I am sorry I guess that even from this chain, that is all that you can expect these days. I will not be stopping again, not for this price. Heck, I can get this kind of service at McDonald's for half the price . . ."

"This charming little spot has an outstanding bartender named Stephanie. This is my second visit during my trips to Florida, but my first time being served by Stephanie. On my previous visit, the bartender was friendly and attentive, which I appreciated. However, this time with Stephanie took the experience to a whole new level. The atmosphere is lovely and inviting, and the staff appears to be happy. I know many restaurants have faced challenges with employee burnout due to long hours and a lack of support, but it seems the manager here is doing an excellent job navigating those difficulties and maintaining a fantastic establishment. The way the kitchen staff even breaks out into song speaks volumes about the overall management. Oh, and let's not forget, the food was quite good too!"

"I heard that this place was selected by Gordon Ramsey or someone for a robbery when it was called Fish Bones a few years ago? This means improvements! Are you gathering at the Phish Valley of an evening and you? The ones you know (that's when you choose? and if you choose this, there is also a full bar as well as kitchen, so you can have a drink and a decent meal. Located in the old Winn Dixie plaza, the hotel shows my age as WD was there a few decades ago! not far from downtown SW Main St. Bottom line: There are not many good local restaurants in LC, but those I recommend."

"My family recently moved from Iowa to the city and was eager to try some seafood. We were so pleased with our choice! The crab legs were fantastic, and we had plenty to eat. My son's Wels filets were well-seasoned, delicious, and served in a generous portion. My husband enjoyed the snapper, which came with two substantial filets that were just right for him. My daughter loved the shrimp cocktail, although the sauce was a bit too tangy for her taste; I, on the other hand, really enjoyed it. Everything we ordered was delicious! The staff was very friendly, and the service was quick. We’ll definitely be returning!"
