"I'm a bit tired of a 20-something manager who has completely drank the kool aid. He tries to squeeze extra money out of me because I didn't say the right words to order.I have ordered the same pizza there for over ten years. Every time I speak to this particular employee, the pizza is twice as much. He always gives me menu price and forgets there's a discount or coupon. I argue, and he goes through this whole speech about how he's doing me a favor in giving me a coupon. Kind of rings hollow when you hear it all the time.It's completely gross. I don't need brainwashed privileged people squeezing extra dollars for some corporation. I was also in there last night. I heard him mention to an employee he was clocked out but still working.He is not helping our society. Working for free is ridiculous. He forgets every advertisement unless you mention it. That's good business for Marco's. That's awful for our community. If you don't order something and add the total yourself, it's likely you overpaid.Update: No I would not like to give you my contact information over facebook or twitter. Most legitimate businesses use email and such to communicate. It's not even called twitter anymore. I don't use the service, yet I know that and you do not.This is kind of indicative of the problem. I am allegedly the customer. I have received poor service multiple times. You are still making demands what I need to be doing different.Could you please give further examples of how little your customers mean to you?"

Used to order from Marcos a lot but lately the quality is terrible. Pizzas arrive luke-warm, very greasy, and missing items. The pizzolo was apparently cooked on the surface of the sun.

Workers use gloves to take money then use the same gloves to sprinkle cheese. I'd like to add that it must be difficult for one person to run the entire business and do everything perfectly.

Avoid this place unless you want to pay for food that never gets delivered. As an added bonus you'll still get to pay for it!Absolutely and hands down the WORST ANYWHERE. There are plenty of other choices in Pinckney, choose one of them... or just go hungry since they charge you for orders that they don't deliver.

Tried too order online twice in the last 2 weeks, keeps telling me my email address is wrong, its not, so i gave up and called, explained to person on phone that online ordering wasn't working, asked for the 9.99 price that was offered online, he said no, our owner said we are not to honor that price because there is no profit in it. I said, then remove it from your website. My 9.99 pizza ended up costing me $25 bucks. Last time i order a Marcos pizza! And we ordered at least once a week. Back to Hungry Howies!
