"The food is excellent for a small, unassuming place, but some of the staff seem quite burnt out and are not very friendly at all. One woman continued to work while I stood in front of her for about five minutes before finally telling me that the grill was closed and that the guy was just finishing up. They could have simply mentioned that it was the last order. I have had other negative experiences as well, but this one was the final straw for me. I’ll miss the fries."

The first time I visited this place was with my first girlfriend, and both experiences have stayed with me! I still recall how beautiful she was and how delicious the steak and cheese sub was—it was my first date! I'm pleased to see that it's still in business; I can't say I'm surprised! I grew up in the surrounding neighborhood and when I was a child and Mammasaun owned it/ran it, they had two guys making fresh pizza dough as we watched from the open up side.Marios topping are the same, they use pre made crust now. Folks that have been patronizing this establishment for years know the difference in the crust. The pizza is still good. If you call in, your order will be ready. Just get there before they close or the doors will be locked.
