Why is everyone in the reviews talking about getting “shorted” and I just got shorted on my soup lol. Fill it up folks. Why won’t you just give people what they paid for. If I wanted a cup I would have asked for one. Voir le carte

We visited as a group of five, but the manager wouldn’t open the other section for us to sit together. I ordered the tortilla soup, but it turned out to be little more than a cheese soup with just two pieces of chicken in it. I won’t be returning. Food rating: 2/5.

Although it's not always flawless, the service and quality have significantly improved. This is one of my favorite spots in Ardmore, especially for gluten-free options. The staff is knowledgeable and attentive. We really enjoy the reasonable prices for a quick, somewhat healthy meal.

I happened to be in Ardmore and decided to stop for the first time at McAllister’s Deli! The McAllister Club is amazing, and so is the potato salad. Wow! What an amazing experience. Stopped coming from OKC on the way to Ft Worth, and let me say their customer service is AMAZING. As my sister and I ate, we got asked not once, not twice, but 7 TIMES if everything was good! As we walked out the door, we were asked one more time if we needed anything and I decided to make it worth their time and all the times they asked so I hurried and drank my water and they ran outside to give me a refill. They brought me it to the car and even added a lemon wedge. Wow. They also asked me if I needed anything else. 10/10.

My son was sick with scarlet fever and we had just left the doctor and was waiting for the pharmacy to fill his antibiotics, so we ordered the loaded potato soup online. I had previously read negative reviews so I was hoping this wouldn’t be another negative experience. Our order was done faster than expected and the girl giving us our food at the drive through was super sweet. I opened the soup just to make sure we weren’t “shorted” and it was filled to the top. I was highly pleased with the service we received. My son hasn’t been able to hold any food down in 3 days and that soup was something he could actually have tolerate keeping down.

I came in for lunch today to grab a quick bite to eat. One lady greeted me as I entered the store, making me feel welcome. Once I got to the counter to place my order, that welcomed feeling subsided. I felt as if my presence were an inconvenience, and not worth the staff’s time, nor effort. There were no smiles, upbeat attitudes; no effort to make the environment- or my experience, a positive one. To add to this, my sandwich was thrown together without care. I asked for a little extra mayo and honey mustard, but instead my sandwich was drenched in both sauces. It was so difficult to eat without making a mess. I understand having a bad day, or not wanting to be at work, but that doesn’t mean... Voir le carte
