This place is terrible; I don't recommend buying from here! It's not worth it at all.

This place wouldn't take an inside order unless you entered it on their dirty kiosk. Not doing it.

Rude, slow service. Will ignore you at the drive through indefinitely. Then when available, act like you're a bother to them. Yikes.

Never going again. Ordered a mcchicken with cheese, got a mcchicken with pickles with a BITE IN IT!!!! Not kidding, a full on bite! Went to call to complain and go figure they didn’t answer.

The food and service were outstanding. I live in Kendallville and will gladly make the 12-mile round trip to Avilla just to enjoy their meals. The staff is incredibly courteous, prompt, and professional. Voir le carte

Took 15 minutes to actually ask for our order at the drive through while nobody else was in line and the operator was the most rude sounding person ever. Once we got to get our food ordered it took 10 more minutes to wait for it. Also still nobody else here and we asked for our compensation for our long wait at fast food and they refused. Definitely not going back to this place!

I have really tried to give this place multiple chances, but this will be my last visit. They often ask you to pull up and wait for your food, and chances are you won't get it brought out to you. You'll eventually have to go inside to collect it after waiting anywhere from 15 minutes to an hour. And it gets worse: even after you finally retrieve your own order, it's usually incorrect or missing more than two items. I don’t understand how their district manager isn’t addressing these issues; their drive-thru times must be terrible.

Please hire and train individuals that care about the job. Beyond exhausted of getting served horrible food that seems days old by the time you get it. Keep your refund and vouchers for future use and do this place justice and clean house with your closing shift. The manager or whomever is in charge for dinner/closing must enjoy serving nasty food just to turn around and issue refunds. I bet their rate of refunds is higher compared to other locations and this is small town. Small towns don't have a lot to offer and this just adds to the don't go there list.
