"So just right now I had enter the left side hand drive thru ordering station and had the guy ask would you be using your code, so I gave him my free large fry points number and then told him I wanted a kids meal 6 piece then from there I try to order another item and I heard nothing on the other end, so I waited to hear for him to get back on the mic and then two cars on the right side had went by which I got frustrated after the second car because it was like 3-4 min passing at the point so I started to say hello hello anyone there and nothing so I was going to back up but there was a car behind me, blocking me from going backwards so I waited the car behind me then had moved over from the right side because it was open and saw me waiting way too long on the left side so then when I was about to go back in reverse and leave the guy got back on the mic finally, he had ask hello how can I help and I was like huh and he’s like can I help you and then I was like you were taking my order and then just stopped and then he replied oh ya and then started to say the order which was nothing I ordered so I had to tell him I’m the person with the points for the large fry and then I said a kids 6 piece chicken nugget happy meal so he’s like ok anything else so I had told him can I get two more kids 6 piece chicken nugget happy meals the same way as the first happy meal then he replied huh so I told him slowly and repeated 2 more extra happy meals the same way as the first happy meal and at this points it’s been 10 min since I started my order and now three cars have went thru the other side with the girl on the mic on that side helping so he ended up saying huh and confused and said ok so just one more happy meal right and that’s when I told him no I said two more and then it wasn’t going anywhere so I just told him I will just go inside and order because you can’t even take simple ordering and I’m annoyed at this point my kids and wife are too, so I went in reverse and went inside when to ask to talk to a manager this nice kid who was working the lobby had got her for me and when she approached me I had told her hey who’s working your drive thru because they can’t even do their job right and had me waiting and didn’t even have anything right plus never even said sorry for having you wait for awhile , she had said I’m so sorry and then if u want I can have him come up and apologize and then come up front and take my order, instantly I thought to myself why would I want him to take my order again if he couldn’t even get it right he first time so I told her no I will order off the kiosk, knowing it will take sooner then waiting more. The manager really doesn’t know how to manger the floor and they were running around everywhere back and forth with ppl waiting forever in the lobby for there food what upset me was her reply she should of took my order right there and redeemed my points code for my large fry that I lost when he took it done in the beginning when I ordered in the drive-through. But then I waited and payed my $40 for my order and she just gave it to me and didn’t say nothing no sorry about that or have a nice night. I hope that the store manager has a meeting with them and my order was around 7:15pm today which is 1-19-2025. I live here next to the McDonald on the Morongo Rez and won’t be coming back and driving to the one in banning due to continue back service over and over again. But one thing I can say good about this store is there’s is a white older woman who is the manager that wasn’t there this time but she makes the store go really good and has amazing customer service, wish she was in today to help instead so I wouldn’t of lost my points."

Came in with my whole family and was told Restroom is for paying customers only and you must show a receipt before they open the door for you. Doesnt matter if your ordering must have a receipt. If the restroom is an issue rake up your prices for maintenance and hire an extra person. This place is worst than all the downtown LA Mc donalds places. This was a McDonald's, like any other McDonald's. The food was good. However, the atmosphere was horrible. First thing you get done after a road trips and stopping and seeing the dinosaurs wanting to use the restroom. They are under locking key. You must bank a purchase before. They'll even let you in even if you're going to make a purchase. Then no drink refill stations.One ketchup packet per person at the table and a nice sign saying you must be out by in thirty minutes, not very inviting.I would not recommend eating inside here.

This McDonald's might have been super nice but I can't get over the fact that there is no soap in the bathroom. And then because they want to prove that they love Mother Earth, and apparently making facilities generate electricity is safer than using paper towels, there's only a hand dryer to dry your hands. So we were here for 30 minutes and saw multiple employees use the bathroom. That means those employees didn't use the soap because it was out when I got here, then they washed their hands without soap, and they didn't have a towel to dry their have, so they just dried the pee hands into their skin and then they went back and prepared food. "**Date of Visit:** Sunday, September 3rd **Time:** From 6:15 PM **Seating:** We were seated in a lovely booth by the window with a southward view of the San Jacinto Mountains. **Hosts:** Unfortunately, I didn’t catch the name of the main host due to minimal interaction. However, Adam stood out as the most attentive host. His professionalism and teamwork truly made a difference. **Staffing Issues:** I observed four problematic staff members, with three of them directly impacting our experience. One had served us during a previous visit, adding to the negative impression. **Facility:** The restaurant itself is impressive, there's no doubt about that. **Food:** The food was also impressive, particularly the sea bass. However, when the server and the greeter approached our table, they failed to explain the dish properly and displayed a lack of eye contact and rushed speech. Their demeanor suggested they were time-pressed and somewhat irritated, which was disappointing. **Suggestions:** Tips should ideally be given in sealed envelopes to ensure that they go directly to deserving individuals. The best host, Adam, deserves recognition, while others who are less attentive should not benefit from his hard work. Our initial visit was exactly what we anticipated, but following a few recent visits, I’ve noticed a troubling trend regarding the service towards my guests and me. Each dining experience seemed to deteriorate, reflecting a lack of fervor from the staff. One host in particular seemed focused on certain tables, providing them with excellent service—frequent refills and enjoyable conversation—while our table received service that felt cafeteria-like at best. When I requested black pepper for our salads, we had nearly finished before she returned, only to ask if we needed anything. I had to remind her about the pepper, and even then, she took her time addressing the needs of other patrons before attending to us. Drink service was inconsistent, with requests needing to be specifically directed to her, no matter where she was. Even coffee service left much to be desired; my second cup was only half-full and unceremoniously served. The service at our table felt lacking, making me pine for a better experience elsewhere. To the management of this establishment: please hire staff who leave their negative attitudes at the door. Your customers deserve the five-star treatment that your talented chefs and inviting atmosphere promise. Unfortunately, some frontline employees overshadow the commendable efforts of your culinary team. I had originally planned to host a special 20-person dinner party here; however, I must now seek a venue willing to provide the attentive service my guests and I deserve, even if it costs twice as much. I refuse to allow the low professionalism of a few individuals to make my guests feel unwelcome. In conclusion, your restaurant has potential, but a few frontline representatives do not meet the standard. Based on my experiences, I cannot return. If your goal is to deter customers like me, then you’ve succeeded. The hospitable nature of a staff member like Adam was the only reason we stayed; his attentiveness and dedication to customer service are qualities that are truly commendable. He could thrive in any top-tier restaurant. Thank you, Adam, for enhancing our dining experience with your efforts while we enjoyed our calamari."
