Mcdonald's - Carte

I've consistently had a wonderful experience at this McDonald's. The service is quick, and the food is always hot and fresh, whether it's morning or evening. The staff is friendly, and the restaurant is always kept clean. Additionally, they have a unique touch—a fish tank!

This McDonald's is the benchmark by which all others should be judged! The drive-thru service is incredibly fast, and the staff are absolutely wonderful. I've been coming to this location for years and have never encountered a mistake with any of my orders. Food rating: 5/5.

This is my favorite McDonald's location! The one at 199 Spencer Road is genuinely the friendliest, fastest, and overall the best I've ever visited. I love coming here more often than other places, primarily because of the exceptional customer service. Thank you for being the best! Voir le carte

This McDonald's used to be excellent, but it has recently declined in quality. The food is often served cold, and the wait time for the drive-thru has increased from just a few minutes to over fifteen. I'm not sure what has changed—perhaps it's poor management or just unmotivated staff.

We have tried this location a few times as we don?t eat fast food too often, but the last time was on Wednesday at about 7 o?clock. Not a long line, but the outside intercom was not working. There was no sign, just a fun experience of waiting and notgetting our order taken until we figured it. Chick-fil-a is the best fast food place on Mid Rivers.

I really enjoy the new play area at this restaurant, but I would suggest adding security cameras in the parking spaces behind it. During both of our visits, we noticed some questionable activity involving teenagers in the parking lot that seemed linked to drug buying or selling. It's disappointing to witness this, and I think having cameras would help discourage such behavior. Voir le carte

Went through the drive thru and the person that was supposed to take my payment was too busy on their phone, so I thought the window wasn't open until I drove past. Jamie, the manager on duty gave me attitude because I didn't pay at the previous window and when I told her what happened, she got an even bigger attitude with me because she can't properly manage her workers. I only gave a one star review because there isn't an option for zero stars. Garbage manager at a garbage store.

I went through the drive-thru, and the employee who was supposed to take my payment was preoccupied with their phone. I assumed the window was closed and drove past it. Jamie, the manager on duty, responded with an attitude when I explained why I hadn’t paid at the previous window. Instead of addressing the issue, she got even more confrontational, demonstrating her inability to manage her staff effectively. I only gave one star because there’s no option for no stars. This was a frustrating experience at a poorly managed establishment.

We went to this restaurant to eat and stood at the counter for about five minutes before realizing no one was going to assist us. There were two young ladies ahead of us in line, and only three staff members working, who were doing their best to keep up. The drive-thru was quite busy, and aside from us, there were probably around ten other customers inside. We ended up placing our order at the kiosk, which took about 15 minutes to prepare. I eventually noticed a small sign, about 6x6 inches, near the front counter that requested customers to order at the kiosk.
