they slam every burger i get with ketchup. i just want a normal amount not the whole bottle of ketchup.

just a quick drive thru before a road trip didn't put enough creamer in the coffee, but otherwise, it was fine.

The food was good, but they messed up my order in the drive-thru. I had to go inside to have it corrected, but they resolved it immediately. Voir le carte

I've consistently had issues with missing items or incorrectly prepared food, and it's a recurring problem. The drive-thru staff usually seem uninterested in their jobs. Overall, I would rate this experience a 2 out of 5 stars.

The lines for entry were quite long, but I was pleasantly surprised to get through in under five minutes. Even better, they got all our special orders right! The food was hot and served with a smile. Overall, it was a great experience! I would rate it a 4 because we felt a bit rushed during the ordering process. However, the staff member was knowledgeable and friendly, even if she was all business!

Ada Franchise is the worst. I can deal with an occasional mistake, but I am consistently disappointed every time I spend my money here. The day shift is usually better, even with some missing items, but everything after 4 PM is just terrible! I've brought receipts, raised complaints, and even went to the establishment in person for assistance, only to encounter rudeness and poor service. It felt almost hostile. Hands down thumbs down ??????????, order breakfast , bacon egg cheese biscuit sandwich, with a large oj, i paid for the food, all i was waiting on was oj, was told to pull up so i did, when waiter came baxk with no oj and she demanded i return the food back, so i did she asked what i had i had ordered, i told and showed her my reciept, i have proof on receipt and on my bank app. That I paid. Wasn't going to say anything,,but it's the 2 time this week. Corporate will be notified . Have a good day

I just wanted to take the time to say thank you so much for the awesome bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit! I pulled through the drive-thru at 10:28 this morning and my breakfast was just as fresh and delicious as it is when they opened this morning! Usually when you get there right before lunch starts, breakfast is kinda old n hard or whatever; but here lately, this particular McDonald's has been serving fresh n hot breakfast, all the way up until lunch starts!!!
