She got upset about having to put her phone down to do her job and said, "I really have to deal with these people," while giving us a rather nasty look. So, yeah.

The service was terrible and the staff is so mean. The cashier gave my order to the car in front of me and then gave me someone else's food and shut the window immediately. When I tried to tell her my food was wrong she ignored me at the window and then got mad because she was wrong.

Every time I come to this location they aren’t doing smoothies, shakes, or frappe's at any time. It doesn’t matter what time it is they NEVER do them I don’t think I’ve ever successfully actually got one here. I always just go to the one on village road. Customer service and everything use to be so good here but within the last year it really has went down hill. Voir le carte

that is the worst service my family ever had at mcdonald. not made aware of our order and always get our order. then forget our shakes . then where rude about getting them, then they, where simply in a cup without mixing them.t hey where our food in the burger was unwrapped and fries everywhere. my child wouldn't eat, because they couldn't wash their hands before they took her to the bar.

The lobby was well-kept and we were able to place our order without waiting in line at the counter due to the unavailable kiosks. Our breakfast arrived promptly and was served hot and fresh. The only lacking aspect of our visit was the customer service from the cash register. The cashier did not utter a word throughout the entire transaction, only offering a "have a nice day" after I did.

I wanted to share what a great time we had today at this restaurant. We enjoyed a meal with our grandchild and were pleasantly surprised when the manager brought out an ice cream cone for the baby after she finished her McNuggets. It was a lovely gesture that made our experience even better. This kind of excellent customer service is one of the reasons why we frequent this McDonalds so often. Voir le carte

This is the worst service my family has ever experienced at McDonald's. The staff did not pay attention to our order, took a long time to prepare it, forgot our shakes, and were rude when asked about it. When the shakes finally arrived, they were just poured into a cup without being mixed properly. Our food was carelessly packed in bags, with burgers unwrapped and fries scattered everywhere. My child refused to eat anything because the employee did not wash her hands before handling the food.

Usually the service is decent, but on this day, everyone was unhappy and the staff were rude. They messed up my order twice. And it was just a kids hamburger happy meal. They kept giving me a cheese burger. The one I sent back, they brought it back out and you could tell they tried to scrape the cheese off. I explained it was an allergy and had to take it back again and explained there can't be even a trace because of allergy. They gave me an attitude and were rude. So, if you have a gluten or dairy allergy, go to a different McDee's

This will be my last visit to McDonald's! The service was rude and disrespectful. I visited this location a couple of hours ago, and the girl at the drive-thru window told me to pull up and wait for a cup of ice, even though there were no cars behind me. Then, she started shouting at the young man at the first window who had instructed me to ask for the ice at the second window. When I politely asked to speak with a manager, she refused to tell me her name and became rude in the conversation. I can honestly say I will NEVER return to McDonald's. I'm left wondering who trains these disrespectful employees. Voir le carte
