This is likely the best restaurant in Wilmington, NC. The young lady named China provided outstanding customer service, and everything was fantastic!

I had a very troubling experience at this restaurant in May 2023 when I was served a cheeseburger that caused me to contract e.coli, resulting in a week-long stay in the ICU. I strongly advise avoiding this place. Voir le carte

This is the BEST McDonalds always fast, always friendly and always FRESH FRIES! I often need an emergency french fry fix and end up receiving soggy unsalted potato sticks — that is never the case at this location! Thank you guys!

I come here often however the front end service is always terrible. Everytime I get out my car to go to make an order in the front NO ONE ACKNOWLEDGES ME. I stand there for several minutes. This is suppose to be FAST FOOD. I get understaffed but if I'm waiting several minutes and they see me and I'm seeing them and not even be told hey we gunna be with you in a moment is kinda like what's up? What's going on?

During my visit to Wilmington, I decided to grab a meal at McDonald's on Market Street and ordered the number 6 (fish combo.) The sandwich was delicious and the staff was incredibly friendly. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained. I was impressed with the open dining room and the lack of long lines. The food was served promptly, making it a great spot for a quick bite. I found the customer service staff to be very friendly and cheerful! It was a refreshing and uplifting experience, especially considering the stress of my day and the fact that I was on my way to visit my son in Jacksonville. The server's infectious positivity and obvious enjoyment of her work made it a pleasure to dine there. I would love to return for another visit. The efficiency of the service was impressive, and the server took extra care to ensure that my order for the "Wynnsucking" dish was just right. It was the icing on the cake!

If I could give this place zero stars, I definitely would. The woman at the speaker was incredibly rude because I wasn’t familiar with the new sandwich they just introduced. She made me wait at the drive-thru window for three minutes while she wiped down the counter—whatever happened to that 10-15 second greeting? I requested two ranch sauces and a BBQ sauce, and she told me they were out of BBQ but could give me one ranch. I said, “Okay, can I just have two ranches then?” She replied that it was fine—guess what? I ended up with no ranch at all with my meal.

The manager here is so nasty and has a very “uncustomer service” attitude ALL THE TIME to the customers if an order is messed up and you just simply ask for it to be corrected. And when door dash or other app orders(even through the McDonald’s app) are placed, ALL OF MINE have had a missing items and since I don’t drive I can’t go up there and pick it up so I’ve just lost money more times than I can count. But the other employees are very kind and nice. It’s just the manager and the online orders that are always messed up. It’s not right and there needs to be a change at this location. Voir le carte
