poor service. waits 25 min. for 1 cheeseburger, Hispanic staff speak negatiw about customers

Took 20 minutes to receive my order from when I paid to when I pick up. I love literally sat at the pick up window for 20 minutes Voir le carte

Speedy service. They've missed the mark on sauces a few times but that's a far cry from excellent customer service and getting a good score.

This restaurant can be hit or miss, with some nights being great and others disappointing. Unfortunately, tonight was the latter. The service was slow, the drive-thru went unanswered, and the fries were cold.

eating was extremely slow and the last couple of paints that I have been driving through the pommes were very hot, but underboiled, so they need to improve their timer or equipment to ensure that their food is properly prepared. Voir le carte

I ordered food from the drive-thru and everything was accurately prepared and the staff was very friendly. They were also very accommodating when I realized I had made a mistake in my order. I would definitely return to this restaurant.

The steak, egg, and cheese bagel has returned! However, when I ordered one, I received a bacon, egg, and cheese bagel instead. Additionally, my daughter did not receive any syrup for her hotcakes and my son requested no cheese on his McGriddle, but received no egg instead. Today was a disappointment and a waste of my money.

Rather than providing good customer service, I was forced to reverse my truck back to the payment window to make a payment before returning to the pickup window to collect my food. Both window attendants had smirks on their faces throughout the process. It appears that this location may not be a franchise, given the lack of customer service etiquette displayed.
