The McDonald's location on Mendon Road in Cumberland has the worst equipment reliability I've ever encountered. The soda machine and ice cream machine are frequently out of order!

McDonald's is exactly what you'd expect. I needed to use the bathroom, so I purchased a cup of coffee and an apple pie. The restaurant was clean, including the bathroom. The coffee was average, but that's typical for McDonald's. The apple pie was standard mass-produced fare.

I stopped here on my way and decided to grab a bite to eat. I ordered orange juice, fries, and a 10-piece chicken nugget meal. The nuggets were fantastic—definitely the highlight! The food is similar to what you'd find at any other McDonald's, but be prepared for a long wait at the drive-thru. Sometimes I stop by for breakfast, and I always end up waiting at least 10 minutes, even when I’m the only one in line. It's really frustrating when you're trying to get to work. For lunch or dinner, they manage to get my order right about 75% of the time, but then again, it’s McDonald's.

This situation has no idea how to make a coffee. I ordered a big hot coffee with extra Cteam and sugar. I have black. She fixed it. came back from the black plain. To fix it, it came with cream without sugar. 2 more times went back to repair came back without sugar. Last time he asked for a refund. After my daughter's Happy Meal was messed up last night, we returned today because she wanted another one. I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich for myself, but they asked me to pull up because they needed to find the crispy chicken.
