This place is overpriced for a mediocre shaved ice. It was too sweet and not true shaved ice like you would find in Los Angeles. The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. It was my first visit and will definitely be my last.

The customer service at this bubble tea shop is terrible! The cashier ignored us and talked on the phone while taking our order. They also have a habit of rolling their eyes at customers. I would recommend staying away from this place. Voir le carte

do not meet fresh so fresh. more like ‘MEET BURNT’ they burned my waffel order after a 20-minute waiting period and the people who order after us got their order before us. was also in the night before, and they didn't get one of our orders directly. I hate to give them a bad review, but hope they see it and better take care of their service.

This Meet Fresh location is located in a separate building in the Serramonte parking lot between Cost Plus and Ross. Parking was sufficient on a Friday afternoon, there were plenty of spots out front.Looks like online ordering was down when I went so had to stand in line to order but it was not a long wait.Our to go order consisted of only 2 jasmine milk tea with boba. The tea was just the right sweetness and sweet and chewy.
